We stayed for a long weekend reunion. Convenient location to everywhere we planned to visit. Great for evening walks after eating too much. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. We were very pleased with the house and yard space. Two ground floor bedrooms were a big plus. Would stay here again.

This was an adorable house in the sweetest neighborhood. It was so quiet, hard to believe we were within minutes of the Detroit zoo! Excellent markets and food close by. One small snafu with the stove but the property manager was very quick to respond and offer a fix. Would definitely stay again.

House was fantastic and located a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Royal Oak is a great town with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

The home is located on a quiet street of exceedingly well-kept homes. It provides easy access to the attractions in the area, including the zoo. Our grandchildren nicknamed it the "bed house" because of the 4 queen beds in 4 separate good-sized bedrooms. Well-decorated with many comfy lounging areas, great laundry facilities and a ping pong table. The home was just what we needed and were hoping for as we traveled with daughter and grandchildren. Note that the house is a 2-story home with basement, so there are steps.

Wonderful location, minutes away from the Detroit Zoo and other fun activities. A few (30) minutes away from downtown Detroit. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood right next to everything you would need; resturants, grocery stores, entertainment.
Property, plenty of space and very comfortable inside. Great space to gather and socialize and enough space to retreat for some moments of solitude. All the amenities you would need from the kitchen to the laundry room. Enough room to play catch in the backyard.

Great location for accessing all of Detroit Metro area. The Benjamin house came as advertised and the kitchen was better equipped than I expected. Sharp knives and good supply of pots and pans made for quick simple meals. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of an annoying vibration from the AC in the front room and the kitchen sink window needs a blind (easy fix) so the cook can prep in comfort. Otherwise, a great house for our gathering family. Jennifer, the property manager was very responsive and professional. Would stay at this property again.

We came to Michigan for an extended family gathering. This house was wonderful in so many ways. It is very much as pictured in the photos and even more spacious than I imagined. The kitchen well equipped, the beds comfortable and the house was decorated in a lovely way. It was a very comfortable place to spend the long weekend. The location is great- it’s a quiet, safe residential neighborhood and very accessible to some great communities and shopping. Jennifer was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely return next time we are visiting the area.

This is a wonderful house. The house manager, Jennifer, was incredibly accommodating and when we had one small problem, the owners came over and fixed it. They were all so nice. The house was perfect for me and my brothers who were in town for our dad's funeral. I could not recommend this house anymore (except when I come back next year and want to get it ;.) PS: Royal Oak is a great community and downtown is one the best areas for my taste. Chill vibe, super diverse, eclectic and good restaurants.

A lovely property that was just what we needed for a “work at home” week for the adults while the kids took a class. Plenty of room and excellent internet for all 4 of us to do our work. Jennifer was amazing with the communication, and little extra touches in the home were appreciated. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Royal Oak. We have 5 adults and 4 kids and never felt cramped. We were able to easiky fit a queen sized airmatress in the bedroom upstairs. The house and neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Every morning we would walk to Starbucks and even took a stroll to the Orvis store.
The home had plenty of towels for us all, kitchen was well stocked, we all had fun playing ping pong, and all the beds were very comfortable!
The owner was SO great and wonderful. She was always very responsive, supplied some pans that we couldn't find and was easy to communicate with. The checknout procedure was the wasiest weve ever experienced in an VRBO, which was nothing. We would definitely rent this home again!

Amazing property!!
My sister and I rented the Benjamin house for our families to stay in while traveling home to see family. 5 kiddos (if you count a newborn) and 4 adults had PLENTY of space!!

We had a great time in Royal Oak. This house is the perfect size for a family. Lots of space, cute and safe neighborhood. The host, Jennifer, was terrific. We would recommend this house to anyone wanting to visit the area. The Ford Museum is less than half an hour and it's a short drive to Lake Huron.

What a perfect place to stay for our family of 5 (all adult children now). The house was conveniently located and in beautiful condition with wonderful climate control and absolutely everything we needed. Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Having 2 bedrooms on the main level was clutch as it's difficult for both of my in laws to use steps. I loved that there are 2 living rooms areas and the heating/cooling thermastat was efficent.

The property manager was absolutely wonderful! The 4 bedroom was very cozy and close to everything!! Went to Detroit for the day. It was only a 20 minute Uber ride. Will definitely stay again.

Great neighborhood
Great location close to grocery stores, shopping and about 30 mins from Detroit and the airport. Easy booking process and great communication with Jennifer. I went running in the neighborhood a few times and found all the neighbors to be friendly and all the homes had such great curb appeal.
Thank you for letting us stay in your home. It was perfect for all of our needs! Air conditioning worked great and the hot water for our showers never ran out. Comfortable beds and the entire home was decorated so well! Thanks again! We will definitely stay here in the future when visiting our family from Livonia.

Great place to stay
We stayed in this home for a weekend and loved it! It was so clean and cozy. Everyone kept commenting on how nice it was and fit our group of 10 adults comfortably. The location was perfect for our itinerary and the neighborhood is quiet. The bed I slept on was very comfortable! The kitchen has basic pans, untensils, dishes and even some simple ingredients. If you plan to do a lot of cooking you my want to bring extra sheet pans or special tools. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect home with all the amenities needed and more!
We loved this home and are planning to stay again when in the area! We were in town to celebrate our granddaughter's baptism and this home was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, nice floor plan for visiting and relaxing, even a pool table for the more active family members. And the garage came in handy when we got a little snow fall. Jennifer was very pleasant and easy to communicate with! Her extra effort of having snacks ready for us when we arrived was much appreciated. We are looking forward to renting this home again on our next trip to the area!
