Grande maison de quatre chambres à coucher avec deux salles de bains et demie offrant une vue imprenable de presque toutes les pièces, garage et stationnement extérieur, superbe terrasse et jardin pour adultes et enfants. C’est l’endroit idéal pour vous reposer pendant votre séjour dans le quartier hobart car il est calme et situé à 5 minutes en voiture des restaurants, des bars et du théâtre d’état du nord, conduire aux marchés de Salamanca, des restaurants et des bars ou prendre le bus directement devant la porte qui vous permettra de vous rendre dans la ville en 15-20 minutes environ.

This property and the owner are fantastic. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and the property is awesome, with fantastic views from most rooms. There is plenty of room for a large family. It is situated in a lovely area, not too far from Hobart central. There was even a wallaby and pademelon that visited the back yard regularly, for a feed.
Would thoroughly recommend the place to other visitors.

Great base for our Hobart visit with awesome views of the city and close proximity to city centre. Owner communicated so well. Very nice house and incredibly had wildlife visiting the backyard!

Three generations enjoyed staying in this house. Lots of things for the boys. Our only suggestion would be to have a bit more cutlery.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shelley’s place. Her house was spacious, clean and had all necessities. Rooms were perfect, beds were comfortable and sufficient heating. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place! My kids enjoyed the house as well, especially the toys and playroom.
The added bonus was seeing an echidna outside Shelley’s place! In my 29 years of living in Australia, that was the first time I saw one!

Had an amazing time when staying at this property and communication with the property manager was easy and they made the whole stay 100 times better. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Plus the heating was great, especially in winter!

Lovely views.
House had plenty of room for my family with lovely views overlooking the city. Our grandson's loved all the toys. Wine and chocolates were a nice bonus. Shelley was a great host who was more than helpful when our flight was cancelled. Thank you!

Awesome views!
Shelley was great with communication for stay. For anyone that hasn’t stayed in Hobart, the drive into the city is about 10-15mins. The house itself sits on top of hill, with views down into Hobart. House was clean, there was minor issues with kitchen cabinetry.

This was a great property to provide our group with access to the Hobart area. Loved the views, as this house had a high hillside aspect. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Shelley was a wonderful host and provided fantastic communication throughout. I would be happy to book this property again.

The house suited our needs well. Fantastic location, brilliant views. Great neighbourhood with lots of great places to eat a short drive away. City centre and numerous attractions only a short drive away too.

Great view, convenient location
The host was friendly and helpful. We checked in late in the evening and had a problem finding the property in the dark. Shelly communicated promptly even at that time and had made sure we settled in well. The house was in a fantastic location, quiet yet close to restaurants and shops, only 15 min to Salamanca market and less than 30min to Mt. Wellington. We enjoyed having a drink after a day of travel, with the unbeatable view of Hobart in front of us :D

Comfortable house with a nice welcoming gift.
Good central location to Hobart and surrounding attractions. Property owner very responsive to queries and pro-active in emailing tourist information that might have been of interest. Enjoyed watching the marsupials that frequented the backyard during the day and evenings. Comfortable beds.

Awesome spot
The house was large and had geeat spaces to seperate the group where we werent living on top of each other. Great heating for a winter house and a stunning view over Hobart city day and night, even get a wallaby or two in the backyard at times.
Shelley was a great host and was great to communicate with and helped alot.

Shelley was amazing. Met us at the property. The house was toasty warm and homely. The 3 big leather couches were perfect. Stunning views from the lounge was the icing on the cake. Thank you Shelley. We would stay again.
