Everything was amazing. Beautiful,modern and clean hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great food. The view from the pool and from the hotel is spectacular. Im sure that we will come back.

Music in the morning at breakfast could be Happier. There was every morning the same music. every day the same breakfast buffet

Perfect hotel, 15 min to downtown, very cosy stay

Absolutely nothing

They kept running out of food, there werent enough eggs for everyone in the morning. The personnel told us that they ran out like 90 minutes before breakfast was supposed to finish.

Everything. I would like to point out that we were very displeased since the hotel couldn’t offer us what they stated is in their standard offer. The hotel was holding a wedding this weekend, nobody told us and it was super loud and annoying but ok. However, the spa is the main reason we came here and I have to admit that on Saturday the day we planned to stay all day at spa and have lunch at hotel - nobody told us that we would have to vacate the pool and spa area by 3PM. Usually it closes at 8PM and also, the restaurant was closed, which they told us after we tried to order lunch. Not to mention the other details such as, someone constantly checking if we’re using the sauna so they can turn it off, they didn’t change the towels, they kept moving us around on the patio area so they could prepare for the wedding - this was in the morning on Saturday …. And ultimately, in the massage room area of the spa one of the staff entered without knocking and saw my colleague naked - no apology for that. Mind you, the room was booked for a masage in progress. They also keep lying and turning the story around. The best part is, that booking agreed to give us a refund but the hotel didn't .. incredible, and they keep lying and changing their story saying that we basically imagined all of this ... absolute terrible experience through and through. I hope you can see why we are upset and disappointed with the service for which we paid and did not receive it. Finally, based on my previous experience this is not a 4 star hotel service. I am sure their reply will be just another made up story.

Fabulous clean hotel , lovely pools inside and out .The rooms were fabulous and spacious. Nice bar area .

For us it was a touch too far from the centre .

Dinner at the hotel was very good and the staff were all amazing people

We stayed for a week and the hotel was very strict on the check out time. Maybe a bit of consideration on the last day if you are 30 min late on checking out
