What is not to love about this hotel!?! The staff, location, restaurants, everything was great. Andres and David were lovely at greeting us. The hotel is such a fun and funky vibe- I would stay here 100% again. We got the 2xl and it felt like a small apartment. They have two rooftop bars and ~3 restaurants- you can also get food at the rooftops. We’ve traveled to 5 continents and this was probably the funniest hotel we’ve ever had.
There is no gym but within walking distance.

La comodidad de la habitación, todo súper limpio y La atención fue espectacular tanto en la bienvenida como en el restaurante!!, la experiencia como ninguna. El hecho de decorar la habitación por cumpleaños sin necesidad de solicitarlo y el juego de concéntrese al momento de regresar después de dar una vuelta, fue excelente!!!

El hotel es hermoso y la habitación super cómoda limpia y agradable, el personal muy atento, agradable y además te ofrecen una experiencia genial, se fijaron en que justo estaba de cumpleaños y me dejaron un detalle de parte del hotel, tambien nos llevaron un juego sorpresa. La comida es deliciosa y tienen 5 restaurantes diferentes lo que nos encantó.

The hotel is super stylish and there is several restaurants with incredibly well prepared and tasty food. We had a medium room which was perfect for us. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the beds come with 3 different pillows (soft, medium, hard) as default - and there is even a pillow menu Incase you want other pillows!
The minibar is also free, which was great as we got to try all the snacks! The breakfast was both buffet and a la carte, found myself excited waking up to catch the breakfast every morning. The staff was super attentive and kind. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more - certainly our go to for Medellín visits now!
That we couldn’t stay any longer! Next time we will certainly be staying more than 3 days to get the most out of everything the hotel has to offer!

We loved every bit of our stay at the hotel! Daniel’s service was exceptional. He looked after us at every step of the way. All the waiting staff was very kind and made sure we had a great experience. The food at the 2 restaurants we tried was delicious! The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The whole experience is really thought through and there a lot of attention to detail all around the hotel.

Our stay at the Click Clack Hotel Medellin were absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay and were always there to answer any questions that we had. They even held our bags and let us use the pool for a few hours after our check out time as our flight wasn't until the evening. They spoke english, and spanish and were always making sure that we were enjoying ourselves. The breakfast (which is included) was so great! They had a continental breakfast as well as an entire menu of fancier meals that you could order (also included!). We had an amazing time and this was definitely the highlight of our trip in Colombia.

Trendy design hotel in a thriving part of the city, close to bars, shops, and restaurants. Rooftop bar is also stylish.
No gym, very noisy at night (soundproofing is poor so you hear the bass from the nightclubs until 4am), restaurant service is below par (my breakfast order was apparently not processed on their system so I waited for over 45 min and no food arrived), check in/out area is chaotic and unstructured. In summary, looks very nice but the underlying fundamentals are weak, so I don’t consider this value for money at all considering it is one of the more expensive options in Medellin.
