We stayed a week in Momentum, even before you arrive you feel the professionalism and welcome from the staff, contact from Georgia who is the lead for guest relations was excellent. On arrival the villa was fantastic, perfect home from home with all that we needed to have a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. You can communicate with the staff by what’s app and there were very responsive and attentive to our needs. The villa itself self was fantastic, large spacious and comfortable, we were a family of 3 and it was amazing. The pool is larger than we expected and at 1.4m deep was really useful to relax and cool off. There is parking which was perfect for our rental and there is a taxi rank right outside, you can expect to spend 15 euros or so to get the Old Town Rhodes. The airport is just 15 min in the opposite direction. There is a supermarket within a short walk. Within the villa complex there are 9 rentals and they want to ensure they create a relaxing environment so you are not permitted to have music playing loudly in the garden and there are quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00. This makes for a relaxing experience. There is some road noise from the main road, but this a back drop to the sound of the waterfall in the pool and the cicadas. There is a maid service once a week but extra can be purchased. This is a perfect hybrid experince of having the onsite support of staff that can provide hotel style attentiveness if you want it, with all the luxury and privacy of a villa. A fantastic experince that I would highly recommend, we would definitely return if we went back to Rhodes.

The staff was amazing, the service was above and beyond. The place is amazing, above and beyond our expectations. The rooms were amazing and so were the bathrooms. The pool and yard wow! We had a perfect vacation

Beautiful villa as the pictures show. So well equipped, we particularly liked the coffee machine and sandwich maker! Also I made good use of the washing machine. Air conditioning was a god send. Pool was fantastic once the temperature had been sorted out (quite cold on arrival but rectified when asked). BBQ left with charcoal and firelighters - fantastic! Such a beautiful villa to spend your holiday in, we loved it. A special mention goes to Georgia who was BRILLIANT. We loved her as much as the villa, what an asset, she helped us out so much and it was just great to see her every day. We thank her for all of her help (she went out of her way). We will miss her as much as the villa! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would definitely return.

Very clean , great location, close to the beach and shops

Villa was well equipped, luxurious, spacious & in an excellent location, plenty bars/restaurants nearby, taxi rank outside & bus stops close by. The owner & his wife were absolutely lovely, couldn't do enough for you & left a welcome pack of wine, bread, cereal, milk, jam, coffee, butter & fresh juice on our arrival which was appreciated as we arrived late at night.

Some villas we have stayed in have a folder with useful information of the villa, area & places to visit which I like but this wasn't too much of a problem as owner lives on the premises & always there to help. Can be helpful if you don't like to bother people.

We had an excellent experience at Momentum villas. It had all the facilities we needed, in a great location that was close enough to lovely restaurants and the beach but not too busy. Takis was a great host and couldn’t do enough for us, recommending local places to eat, drink and shop for essentials. Also allowing us to keep our luggage safe while waiting for our late flight. We otherwise found it difficult for a villa to have all of these great positives while being so close to Rhodes town (€10 taxi ride) and amazing bars and restaurants within walking distance. There was a taxi rank just outside and multiple mini or supermarkets within the area. We had never visited Rhodes before and had chosen to fly here for our honeymoon. It was great to find that we felt really secure and had the privacy of our own space throughout our stay. The villa was really spacious and even if there were 6 of us staying there would have been plenty of room. The villa, garden and pool were kept spotlessly clean and we were provided with all the facilities to stay there without eating out if we had chosen to.
