Appartement au deuxième étage attrayant et bien entretenu dans le centre-ville de Petoskey. Il est idéalement situé et à distance de marche du quartier de Gaslight et des meilleurs magasins et restaurants de Petoskey. Il se trouve également à quelques pas du mur anti-muros, du parc Bayfront et de Little Traverse Wheelway.

The initial view of the lake thrilled us. It was the perfect location for an easy walk to the beach, or into town, or an easy bike ride to the great Little Travers Wheelway. The living area was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Karen was a pleasure to work with and communicated promptly. We’ll be back.

It has a gorgeous view from the porch. Arrive during daylight to enjoy it.
I didn't get a message from the owner with the combination to the door. We had a little trouble finding the property. It wasn't lighted up. A lighted sign with the name of the property would be helpful.
My wife forgot Tylenol she needs to sleep, for knee pain. There was a first aid kit containing Tylenol. It saved the night!

This was the 2nd time we stayed in this apartment. It is perfect for a couple and well-appointed. The view from the deck is beautiful and it is close to the multi-use path along Lake Michigan. Karen is a lovely host!

We had an amazing stay at Karen’s Guest Suite in Petoskey. It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Everything was perfect. in fact, we have already reserved three weeks next year.

The location of this clean and comfortable guest suite makes it a wonderful home base to explore the lovely towns of Petoskey, Charlevoix, Boyne City and Harbor Springs.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean, incredibly well stocked with anything you could need. Karen thought of everything. Communication with her was easy and so helpful. The view from the deck is absolutely beautifully. We'll definitely be back.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and loved it! Although the rental space is only the 2nd floor of the building, it is still very spacious and is about the size of a standard one bedroom apartment. The owner was very communicative and we were given plenty of information before our arrival. The location is also only a short drive (or long walk) from downtown Petoskey, which made it very convenient for us to hop around town.

Karen’s Guest Suite is so relaxing and comfortable. She has fully stocked everything that you can think you may need, and then some. Her response time is almost immediate and she went over and above to accommodate our needs. The bed is very comfortable and we loved the water view! We stayed only 1 night and will definitely book with her again for a longer stay. We highly recommend staying with Karen.

We have stayed at Karen’s upstairs suite several times and are always impressed with the setting, inside and out. This year the weather was summer like in September and we got to enjoy the elevated deck with a great view of the bay. Everything we need is provided by the host.

We have stayed here before, and both times the property has been beautiful, clean and well supplied, as if you were a guest. We had a medical issue this time, and wow, was our host concerned and thoughtful! Karen is truly a gem. It is on the second floor, but the stairway is newer, safe, well lit and easy to use. Very convenient, short walk to trail and town. My highest recommendation!

We were so pleased with this stay that we are returning next year. Karen is attentive in every way but never intrusive. Her place is tastefully and comfortably furnished. We also enjoyed being close to the park and to downtown Petoskey without having to drive. But the icing on the cake is the view of Lake Michigan - you can see how beautiful it is from the living room and deck. Looking forward to our return!

We loved our stay here. Has all the things we needed in all the rooms. The comfort and layout were great. Location was great -- took off from here on our bike trips, including hopping onto the nearby shoreline trail and the Bear River trail. The deck and view were great. Easy walk to parks, restaurants, etc. Our experience was very pleasant and enjoyable. We'd love to go back next time we're in Petoskey.

What a gem! This location and apartment were perfect for our weekend stay in Petoskey. We walked to dinner every night. The apartment is well appointed and Karen the owner thinks of everything! Even a new container of cream in fridge for our coffee. We will be back. Just perfect!

This is the second time my wife and I stayed here. The view of the lake is great. It's a quite area that's close to everything. It's exactly what you need when you just need to get away. By for the most comfortable "home" like VRBO we have been too.

This apartment it perfect for a weekend getaway. It is withing walking distance of the shoreline and the downtown. The kitchen is amazing, so many pots, pans, and utensils. We very much enjoyed our stay here, and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying here. Thanks for a great stay Karen!!!

We arrived in the afternoon, Karen’s instructions were very helpful to find the place and check in. The place was super clean and well equipped. The view was fantastic. Downtown was a 10 minute walk away. We mostly spent our time at the location to enjoy the view. We will visit again. Thank you so much Karen!
