Ce condo Parkview Bay a trois chambres à coucher complètes au rez-de-chaussée et un grand loft à l'étage qui est la 4e chambre. Occupation 9 adultes. Deux salles de bain complètes sont au rez-de-chaussée et une salle de bain complète est dans le grenier. Les lits se composent d'un roi dans la chambre principale avec salle de bains principale attenante, reine au 2e, reine au 3e. Le loft comprend un lit queen-size et un canapé-lit. Le loft dispose également d'une télévision, DVD. Le salon a des portes coulissantes s'ouvrant sur la terrasse qui surplombe le lac et l'une de nos trois piscines. Les glissades de bateaux sont très proches. Salon a TV, DVD. Le pont a des meubles d'extérieur et un gril à gaz. La cuisine entièrement équipée dispose d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un four micro-ondes, d'un réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons et d'une cuisinière. Ce condo est parfait pour une ou deux familles avec enfants. Le loft est un endroit idéal pour que les enfants regardent des films et les adultes peuvent se réunir au rez-de-chaussée! Nous avons également d'autres condos à louer dans le complexe, ce qui le rend idéal pour les grandes familles ou les réunions! WIFI GRATUIT pour nos clients. Laveuse et sécheuse dans le condo avec un gril à gaz sur le pont en font une destination de vacances idéale!

This was an amazing property and perfect for the occasion we weee attending for my sisters wedding. It was 9 minutes from the venue and about 5-10 minutes from anything else needed. It was BEAUTIFUL, the location, the design, the space was AMAZING! I wish there was an elevator like the listing said but it’s a good thing I can walk in heels no matter what!! I’m always skeptical about the cleaning process since I know the owners typically hire a cleaning crew and rely on the cleaners to be honest that they completed the cleaning and it did look like the floors had not been swept but that was not a deal breaker for us at all I just like the owners to know so they can keep an eye on things! Overall it was a great experience! Our first time using VRBO and we will do it again!

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. We have enjoyed it both times. Great water view and clise to everything! Nicely laid out with separate loft, making it a 4 bedroom.

Could barely get key out of box; no WiFi password; no phone number for owner on sheet (found on side of fridge on our last day); had to take towels/sheets out of dryer. The load was so stuffed that we had to run dryer twice! We didn’t come to the Ozarks to do cleaning! We’ve stayed in many VRBO condos and have never had to do laundry-dishes in dishwasher & garbage out but NEVER laundry!! We won’t be staying here again!

Very nice place, but not for people with bad knees/backs. There are hundreds of steps to get from condo to pools. Stayed on 4th floor & the view was amazing!!

Keep in mind this is our first time using vrbo or anything similar. The place was great. But when arriving we were greeted with many rules that were not posted. It is similar to staying at a family members house. You are expected to do the laundry, clean everything, even if when you arrived laundry was in the dryer and the toilet la weren’t clean.

I would of given 5 stars for everything, but on arrival this place had not been opened up since last season. It needed aired out. The hot water was turned off.one of the tvs didn't work. I changed the furnace filter( people with allergies would appreciate a better furnace filter) and the wifi definitely needs updating. The manager did fix everything. After that was fixed. I very much enjoyed it.

My brothers and my dad have an annual fishing trip in the Osage Beach area. This year we stayed at a new condo which turned out to be just as advertised. David was very easy to work with regarding a boat slip and any other questions I had leading up to our stay. The check-in / check-out process was very simple also. We truly enjoyed our stay in this location. Would highly recommend it to others.

There were 8 of us at this property from 17 to 69. Kitchen provided all we need to cook some family meals. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor and a loft with bed, sofa sleeper, and bathroom. Deck had plenty of tables and chairs for meals or watching water activities. Location is superb!

The place was everything we hoped for and expected. Worked well for our group of (10). Cleanliness could have been a little better, but did not hinder our fun for the week. Thank you for some great fun and memories to last!

Excellent Property
We enjoyed many things about this property. Fishing from the docks was excellent. A walk around the well maintained grounds was nice. The pool was perfect. The location of the property was perfect and central in the area. The condo layout was great as well with lots of room, beds, and seating for entertaining.

Perfect for family of 6
Place was very spacious with basically 4 bedrooms with loft and 3 full bathrooms. There was more than enough parking and elevator was nice with condo being on 3rd floor. Bring wheeled cart to carry items. Grill not cleaned from last tenant and matches left outside were wet so purchased lighter. We had brought extra kitchen items to cook but did not need as plenty in condo. Outdoor patio with nice view of lake.

4th of July stay
We had a great time during our stay at the condo. It was very clean and everything was provided that we needed for the week. We could watch the fireworks right off of our balcony. The owner was very accessible and responsive. We had a two year old with us who is a climber so we did move some high chairs away from the balcony railing and the loft railings as well . Overall it is a wonderful condo with great views from the deck.

We had a great time with family here. Lots of space and very well equipped kitchen. We didn't use the grill but there is one. Great view from the deck of a fairly quiet cove. Nice pool. Parking was tough on the weekend but plentiful during the week. Would definitely recommend!!

So Much Space!
This condo was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom (we used the loft as a fourth bedroom) plus the kitchen, dining room, family room, and deck. There were full bathrooms in the master bedroom, in the hall by the other two downstairs bedrooms, and in the loft. We didn't feel like we were falling all over each other, and there was no running between hotel rooms. We were all right there together when we wanted to be.
The condo was stocked with everything we needed except food (cleaning supplies, utensils, dishes, appliances, bedding, towels). The electronic ignition on the grill isn't working, so bring a lighter or matches if you plan to grill. The only coffee maker is a Keurig, so make sure to bring K-cups.
The owner was great to work with - answered all of our questions and even helped us find the place when we got lost!

The view from the deck is so serene, overlooking Watson Hollow Cove. Lots of birds to watch and listen to, and very little boat traffic in the cove.
My wife and I are already planning to book this condo again for the late summer or early fall. Such a great place to get away with family!

I visited with 2 friends for a golf week. We enjoyed having plenty of room, i.e. bedrooms and bathrooms. We were very pleased that the unit had regular TV. The grill had not been cleaned and the igniter didn't work. But, the patio and view were excellent. For some reason we weren't able to connect to the internet. We were surprised to find that we had to provide our own dish soap and with the Keurig there wasn't a starter supply of coffee. Despite these few issues I would definitely stay again due to the spaciousness of the unit.
