Lovely spacious house, well located in Tia's in a quieter area. Close to Puerto del Carmen, beaches and the airport. The kitchen was well equipped and the house very well looked after and clean. Lovely pool too.

Great spacious house, with a lovely terrace and heated swimming pool. The kids enjoyed the heated swimming pool every day. Very nice and responsive hosts.

Lovely house in the central town of Tías, perfectly located at 10 minutes from the airport and in the middle of the island to visit the north and south of Lanzarote. Nice views from the house, warm pool and surprisingly quite despite being close to the airport. Our preferred towns along the coast were Punta Mujeres and Costa Teguise. You need a car to move around and to go to the center of Tías (2 minutes by car)

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious house just a couple of minutes from te village. Very clean and well equipped. Perfect for families. We had a lovely holliday with our 3 months old baby and our toddler.
Pool was cold in November
There is not enough hot water in the morning for everybody to shower.
The house needs some small repairs (tear in dining chair, tear in window blinds, broken towel rack in bathroom). These are minor issues, but require attention to prevent that the house loses it's excellent maintenance.

It was great for 2 adults and 3 kids. TV was excellent and good WiFi meant I could use my Firestick. Room safe was useful. Kitchen was well equipped and fridge freezer large. The whole place was spacious and patio had chairs loungers and parasol. Pool is a good size but deep for toddlers - not a problem for us. Hosts left welcome bubbly and chocolates. Hosts were friendly and communication was superb. Outdoor keysafe and electronic gate easy to use.
Pool was very, very cold.

The villa was spacious and very clean. They really went the extra mile with supplying towels and hairdryers etc to allow us more space to pack other things for our holiday.
