The stuff is great,they let me wait in the lobby area quite a lot because I had my ferry 6hrs later that day.Really helpful with that "private" parking which kept my motorcycle dry and away from unwanted looks ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

Location is easy to find, we walked along the water side about 1 km from Nausicaa. We brought our own breakfast and meals. We stayed at the top - 8th Floor with view of port and city sides and we saw sunrise covered by layer of morning fog ;-)

It was great value for the apartment we got. The rooms are super tiny but had pluses like usb ports, a fan, lamps over the bed, cupboards to put your stuff in. Everything was comfy and it was easy check in and check out.

Great place to stay with family. Clean and big enough apartament. They give you everything what you need for cooking there. You can order breakfast from local sources. Delicious! Location - great near to eating and walking area.

It's difficult to find. There was no good sign to find underground parking. There is a huge place where is something in building - so road from Google GPS is not correct and updated.

the rooms are small prob not suitable for cooking and sleeping in the same room .. it would leave a smell in the bed and bedding. Douvets were thick i woke up multiple times very hot.

The hotel is very well located. The room was very small for my taste, but was clean and provided all you need for a good stay. The kitchenette is well equipped, and the dining table - good. Nice balcony. We read reviews saying the rooms were not well maintained, or there were cockroaches in there. At least for our room this was not the case.

I was surprised by the 200 euro deposit. Indeed, it is written in the information part about the hotel, but only on the bottom of the page. This is an important information and should be included in the room description itself. No issues with it, however. The area around the hotel is under construction, and both car access roads are marked with "Entry forbidden" signs. The hotel should inform its visitors that these signs do not apply for them. We were wondering around until we gave up and I went there by walking. Next to the hotel (next meaning like 6-10 m) on the north side there is another hotel under construction. I would advise other travelers to ask for a room facing south.

Lack of parking. Not being clear we wouldn’t be able to book that on arrival. I knew there would be an extra cost but assumed there would be availability. We couldn’t get in and that caused us stress as the alternative suggestions weren’t suitable until I took matters into my own hands and arranged something separately. The deposit taken was high.

Lactation was good however we did not have breakfast

There was absolutely no air circulation in the building, the bedrooms were hot, the bathrooms were like saunas and you broke a massive sweat just taking the elevator to the second floor, I had to sleep on the sofa with the door open as the bedrooms were to hot and with no air circulation or A/C there was very little that could be done. It was simply unbearable, ant the front office team could give two toots!!

Unfortunately there are building works going on in the area, initially allocated a room overlooking the building work, but when they heard we weren’t happy with it, were allocated a lovely room overlooking the river.

Fabulous location. Apartment on top floor with spectacular views of city, sunrise and sunset. Very helpful and friendly staff. After long ride it was easy to get to place, great secure underground parking at small extra fee. We were looking for such option as we did not want to unload all the luggage we had with us as we would have to do if parking just on the street. Perfect location, great service and fabulous fish market nearby. Oysters for breakfast!

Everything was perfect.

Good location, near city centre. Public parking nearby and the nauticaa was a 10-15 minutes walk away. Room was clean and large enough for a couple with two kids. The small kitchen got everything we needed.

No Air-conditioning! Our own fault, we missed that part, but I wouldn't book it again when it's 25 degrees Celsius outside, the heat stayed inside as we couldn't let the window open (mosquitoes). Our free WiFi had a very bad signal, we only got connection through a setup hotspot.
