Southern Living Home 4000 sqft on Lake Thurman two golf courses, tennis & pools.
Un magnifique Southern Living Home sur un lot au bord du lac - 4 BR, 3 1/2 B, DR, LR, bureau, salle Florida, RR (table de billard et ping-pong), buanderie et garage 2 voitures. 4000 pieds carrés et joliment meublé. Accessible aux personnes handicapées. Apportez simplement votre brosse à dents et profitez d'une vie pleine. Situé sur le lac Thurman (grande pêche) près de 3 parcs d'État avec de nombreux sentiers de randonnée et de vélo .. Les équipements de développement: deux grands parcours de golf de dix-huit trous, des courts de tennis, des piscines intérieure et extérieure, deux restaurants et une salle d'entraînement. La maison dispose de vélos et d'un kayak pour deux personnes. Si le temps le permet, j'emmènerai des invités sur mon bateau ponton.

Communication was great Jerry wasn’t around, but made himself very available everything was perfect for me.

Well furnished house on the lake. Kids loved the pool table and ping pong table and their own downstairs space. House was comfortable and we loved time on the sun porch. A path to the lake for shore fishing

Family Retreat
We really enjoyed our stay. Jerry was an excellent host. There was plenty of space for our family to congregate and talk. We were grateful to be able to spend Mother’s Day with our Mom in such a peaceful setting

Masters trip
The house was as advertised, Jerry is a great guy and terrific communicator. It is a beutiful private location and there is plenty of space. We enjoyed the stay and the two golf courses in the community were in fantastic shape and were very challenging. We would definitely rent from Jerry again.

Annual Family Gathering
Your host Gerald is super helpful in every way. He was always there if you needed anything. House had plenty of rooms and was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Home is very well stocked with supplies you will need while on your adventure. We had a wonderful time and will be back next year:) Thank you Gerald for sharing your home and hospitallity.

Wonderful experience and great time.
We had a wonderful blessed weekend. Every thing we needed was there for us. Jerry was always there if we needed him. The house is beautiful and so spacious. I would recommend it for a family vacation. Hope to visit again sometime.

Golf Outing
The home was very accommodating as was the host. Check in was easy as we were allowed to check in early and home was well stocked and offered everything we needed for our stay. Even had enough dinnerware to serve 12 men in our group to a sty surf and turf meal.
The cheese and wine was also a nice treat left by the host as we checked in. All had a great time.

Great family place
Plenty of space for playing games or watching a movie and threw in a bit of pingpong. We were in area for a family wedding so we did not find time to use the clubhouse

Perfect place for our family
Very large, spacious house with so many details & lots of natural lighting. Four bedrooms & baths allowing privacy. The lower level has a pool table & bar that we enjoyed. There was a baby gate to use at the top of the stairway since we had 2 toddlers with us. I enjoyed relaxing in the Florida room during the day & the well lit deck at night.

Best rental in the Mccormick area and easy access to all Savanah Lakes Village amenities!
This home was better than we expected. The home was very comfortable and spotlessly cleaned. Everything needed was provided, linens, soap, shampoo, regular coffee maker and kurig, pots and pans I mean everything that I have in my home was here to use! Easy access to lake in the backyard and plenty of games, pool table and ping-pong for the kids! The host, Jerry was the absolute best, he responded to our every need and even brought a cheese tray over for us. Could not ask for more. If you are looking for a home to stay in while in the Savanah Lakes Village area this is your spot, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Mr Tracey for everything!

Great vacation on the lake!
Highly recommended! Jerry is the ultimate caring and involved host - even took us on a boat ride on the lake one day, bringing drinks and all. We all enjoyed getting to know him. The home is beautiful, large, well-kept and our teenage boys really liked the ping-pong and pool table.

2020 summer lake trip
Could not ask for a better trip to the lake the house is the prefect size for our family The owner Jerry Could not be more helpful he met us at the house when we arrived to show us around the house and made sure we understood ware the extra towels and linens were located and how to work the TV remotes even took us for a golf cart ride down to the community boat dock could not ask for a nicer house or host. Thanks again Jerry for a wonderful stay.
