The property was clean comfortable and the owner went the extra mile including having a bottle of wine there at check in.

Really nice property. It is ideal for the single person, couple or two adults and a small child. The property is small but is full of all mod cons. There is room for off street parking and the surrounding area is quiet. The proporty is close to the town centre and easy to get to.

We particularly liked the open plan lounge with the well equipped kitchen leading onto the enclosed garden.
The bathroom was modern with a very good shower.
The check in and communication beforehand was easy and straightforward

Exceptionally great house to stay with all the facilities needed.....So comfortable ,cosy and spotless.. It is in a pleasant little cul-de-sac... not very far from the town . A great all round place to stay ...

The house is in such a great location. We booked because we wanted to go to Drayton Manor which is just down the road. But it was also convenient for shopping and a nice walk to a nature reserve. The house itself is very well presented and the owner is very helpful. We loved the welcome chocolates too, nice touch!

Location was ideal for us . It was in a quiet road with no through traffic. Lovely walks and shops near by.
For us the double bed could have been larger as it was a small double.

Communication with the owner was great, I was contacted day or 2 before travelling with instructions on how to access the keys to the property. The house was immaculate and well presented. As others have said it was well equipped, even including things like kitchen roll, washing liquid/tablets etc. We would definitely recommend to a family travelling to visit drayton manor and other places nearby. Our little boy particularly enjoyed the garden to play in on an evening. Thank you for a lovely stay!
