Property had multiple maintenance issues that included non working vent fan in bathroom, multiple lightbulbs burned out, rusted vents and fans, "soft" boards on stairway to enter the property on the deck that felt like they would give way with any weight, deck has multiple large popped nails sticking up from the floor causing a potential hazard for guests and pets and kitchen was not stocked well with utensils and cooking equipment (only 2 table knives) and the door leading to the deck would not open properly without use of muscle.

This was the first vacation I’ve been on in 9 years and it was the first vacation for my 4 year old son! We loved being able to hear the ocean from the beautiful property and walking to the beach was a breeze. The outdoor shower made conking off the beach and cleaning up extremely easy with a little one! The property was exactly as it was described and presented on Vrbo. We had the most amazing time and made memories that will last a lifetime.

Wonderful place! Location is perfect. Very short walk to the beach and close to the pier. Very accommodating place for families. Place has all you need, beds are very comfortable, porch is great for family dinners, able to take nice bike rides around the area.

The place was great for a long weekend and kid friendly. The only issue we noticed was the bathroom sink didn’t drain and half the windows didn’t open.

Great proximity to beach, very clean. You will share a wall and the back deck with your neighbors though, so there may be noise and no privacy on the back deck. We would go back, though!

Stayed with our newborn and dog. House was stocked very well (loved that there was tupaware to put snacks in for the beach). Less than 100 yard walk to the beach. No need to pack anything house has a storage area with all your beach needs in it (cooler, chairs, cart, bikes). Once you stock up the fridge no need to go anywhere

Very nice beach duplex. the owners have definetly taken a rustic beach duplex and updated it to make it comfortable. Beautiful view of ocean and easy 5 minute walk to beach.

We booked within a month and was perfect for what we needed and were looking for! While I think some things could be updated( stove), maybe eliminating a closet for a second bath. We loved the customer service and the functionality of the place. We would definitely stay again and would Even consider renting both condos.

Our biggest complaint was the fridge. It had an odor like that of rotten fish. One of the fridge drawers did not function and we just took it out to use the space. To be fair, they did call on the first full day and ask how everything was, but I did not mention the fridge b/c I don't think they could have done anything about it immediately. Some minor issues were old coffee and filter left in coffee maker and the range top on stove was not particularly clean. There wasn't a water hose for rinsing beach items, but the maintenance guy came by and was nice enough to offer to buy one and bring it back. Thanks. We still enjoyed our stay and will come back. Location was great and the rest of the house was very nice. Comfy beds and furniture.

We rented both sides over the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was well stocked and the property managers added several nice touches for the holiday (turkey roaster, tin foil, oven mits, etc.). The beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels were nice and beach towels were even provided. Bikes and beach chairs were in great shape and the grills and tables outside appeared to be new. The management company was professional and very easy to work with. The house was modest, but cute and clean; we had some nice views of the ocean from the deck and a nice walking path to the beach. It was a great location for our family and I would recommend!

Cute and coastal duplex. We had plenty of room. Loved that all of the necessities were included. We enjoyed eating at Holiday Inn next door. Great location away from the busy pier yet close enough to walk. We hope to return soon!

Wouldn’t stay there again
The water smelled terrible, we saw several bugs in the house, and the air conditioner was not working when we got there. I started to bush my teeth on the day we left and the water was black. They fixed the air conditioner and helped the smell but the grounds around the property was terrible. Was very disappointed .

Delightful, clean cottage with all the amenities - and just steps from the beach. The service was really great too - our A/C went out and someone was there to fix it within 30 minutes! Linens/towels/beach chairs/bikes were all included, making it for an easy stay. They also supplied paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, hand soap, etc!

Roxy and I Spent a wonderful, relaxing month on the beach. Seaview B has everything you need for a relaxing vacation, even an oyster shucker! Great location, the sound of the waves crashing and the birds flying by can't be beat. Beach chairs, boogie boards and 4 BIKES to get around the beach is also a great perk! Tracey at SeaScape couldn't have been sweeter and more attentive. Can't wait to get back!! Can't wait to come back!

Upon checking in I discovered this was a duplex and no privacy on the back porch. Interior smelled of strong cigar odor. One bedroom especially stunk. The TV was not operating properly - so I called maintenance. After waiting 3 hours my husband made several phone calls. Still nothing! I tried out the bikes which if you wish to bike ride, bring your own bike!!! Two cars pulled into the driveway and sat there for a long time, then left. Random people I suppose. The smell was so awful I left and checked into a hotel. No one from Seascape is yet to call me or my husband. I have appealed the purchase. Terrible experience and waste of a drive to this area.

We really enjoyed the view and the spacious great room. Decor is nice, even if the place itself is a bit tired (it's a traditional 1950s beach house!). Also the bikes and beach toys are so appreciated. Ditto for the beach towels. Would definitely stay again. My only complaint would be the 10am check-out... yikes!

The cottage was great. However threw is a "problem" of some sort. Whilst using the toilet, shower, bathroom sink, kitchen sink the stench of sulfur or something was quite bad and a bit overwhelming.
