Venez séjourner dans notre maison rénovée de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, facilement accessible en voiture, en vélo, en bus ou tout simplement à pied de tout à Carrboro et Chapel Hill. Venez pour un match de Caroline le week-end, un spectacle au Cat’s Cradle, ou restez une semaine pour rendre visite à vos amis et votre famille. Ou venez simplement découvrir tout ce que le Triangle a à offrir, que ce soit à Carrboro, Chapel Hill, Durham, Pittsboro, Raleigh et au-delà.
Nous avons aménagé la maison pour des séjours de courte et moyenne durée, que ce soit en famille, chez des amis en visite ou si vous travaillez à l'Université.

Came down for a festival at the Cats Cradle. It was perfect. Completely walkable to downtown and whatever we wanted to do.

We enjoyed our second stay in this beautiful home in Carrboro. Loved the bathroom upgrade with the walk in shower, which made the house even more comfortable than before. It is so convenient to all that Carrboro and Chapel Hill have to offer, and the family of deer who spend lots of time in the yard are an added bonus. They do a wonderful job of anticipating every need and providing everything you would want for a comfortable stay. Truly a home away from home!

2nd time staying at this home. Quiet neighborhood great for walking/running & close to downtown. It was a perfect place for us and some of our adult children to stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving weekend.

Our son and his wife and Brand New baby were moving to Chapel Hill married student housing. I was looking for a place to stay with my husband, and also the parents of my son’s wife. This house is completely set up for two sets of adults to be very comfortable! There’s also an extra room with a trundle bed, and everything you would want to help a little baby: a pack and play and a highchair and even bibs!
The closets were stocked with extra items and even extension cords if needed. The house was beautifully clean, the oatmeal was a happy gift
The owners came and visited us! They were so very nice after we broke something and we were so thankful for a chance to get to know them a little better
Oh, and I have never had a shower with better water pressure in my life! The blue bathroom was just delightful
The public transportation from the house saved a multitude of parking fees. It’s a beautiful place to stay and I can’t wait to go back
Not only is the house beautifully clean and comfortable, the house is also full of beautiful art! I asked about a few pieces and the owner even brought over a book from one of the artists!

We had a wonderful stay at “Cheeky in Carrboro”. The house was in the perfect location to visit our daughter and her friends in Carrboro, they were able to walk back and forth to visit.
Our hosts truly thought of everything a guest could need for a comfortable stay, their attention to even the smallest details was exceptional. Every time we thought of something we needed, we looked and almost always found it already there.
The space was well laid out, with multiple spaces to hang out as a family or enjoy some quiet down time. We hope to stay again when we return to Carrboro.

I stayed in this home with my family of 5. Our stay was very comfortable and the house is very clean. The location is very convenient to walk (about 1 mile) to nearby restaurants and grocery. My son had surgery at Duke in Durham and this house was perfect for his recuperation with plenty of space and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked as were coffee/tea, paper towels and toilet paper. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect peaceful retreat while I was at UNC for a conference. Convenient to coffee shops and restaurants and UNC but it felt almost remote; I had a deer herd in the front yard! Definitely would stay here again!

This house had everything we needed for our stay, was very clean and cozy. Four deer greeted us in the front yard when we arrived and five deer came to say goodbye on the morning we left. We easily drove to Chapel Hill and Durham on several occasions. Be sure to visit the Saturday morning Farmer’s Market.

Perfect home away from home
Our daughter went to summer camp at UNC, but wasn’t ready for an overnight stay, so we were happy to have a roomy house for my husband and I to chill at while she did camp all week. It was close to UNC, and the downtown Chapel Hill area, which worked perfectly for us. Our daughter is already asking to go back for camp next year, and hopefully this house will be available!

Carrboro GEM!!
Wonderfully updated mid-century on a large lot in the middle of town! Owner provides coffee, toiletries and much much more. We had no problem enjoying Thanksgiving , lots of cookware. Sitting outside was a pleasure.

Good for a Thanksgiving trip
We enjoyed staying in this comfortable, clean house. We were 6 adults, and fit in easily without needing the sofa bed.

Fantastic family weekend
Cheeky in Carrboro was the perfect place for our "football and family" weekend. It was close and convenient to everything yet away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. The home was very clean, and it provided all of the luxuries a hotel cannot provide for a fraction of the cost. We will definitely rent this property again in the 2.5+ years our daughter has left at UNC-CH.

Perfect House for Families
We very much enjoyed staying at this house. Very clean, excellent appliances, updated bathrooms and constellation of rooms that allow great flexibility in sleeping arrangements. Toys, board games, and DVD for kids. Great backyard and patio. Owners very responsive. We will definitely come back when we are in the area again.

Well furnished house.
We had a great stay in Carrboro. The house is comfortable and well located for our needs. Gretchen and her partner were very attentive to our needs and fixed the one small problem we had when some ants invaded the kitchen. The problem was dealt with quickly and effectively.
We will definately try to stay there again the next time we visit CHapel HIll.

Great little getaway!
We needed a place to stay while our son was at lacrosse camp. We found this little getaway in a great location! We loved sitting on the front porch watching the fireflies and the people walking by. In the mornings, we would see deer walk by the front window. It was very quiet! It had every amenity we could need.
It was within minimal driving distance from quaint restaurants and grocery stores. If we would have had our bikes, our car would have never left the driveway while we were there. It is such a pedestrian and bike friendly area.
We highly recommend this property!

Comfortable and Peaceful
My husband and i enjoyed our stay. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen is amazing with all upgraded appliances. The house had the historic look that i love about neighborhood homes but with the luxury of upgrades at a descent price.

Great property and location!
What an attractive house and great location. My My guests really enjoyed their stay. I really appreciated the owner's quick responses to my questions. This is an ideal place for UNC visitors as it is so close to campus in a quiet neighborhood as well as walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Carrboro.
