We waited for an hour for someone to come to the desk to check us in, called numerous times no one answered even went to the open laundry door and could find no one. Had to find last min accommodations and pay $75 more for the room

Charged more than was told price was. They didn't speak or understand English well at all, had to keep repeating myself and kept wanting my credit card information again. Had to pay $50 cash, non refundable then charged my card for 2 nights. Lots of empty rooms and was told only room left. Was the size of a closet. I knew better than to not book a well known hotel chain. Hard lesson learned.

It was relatively clean.

It's a bare minimum place to stay and with that being the case it really shouldn't be charging the same as other places that offer breakfast and such.

The facility advertised they were pet friendly ,but they made it almost impossible to keep a pet there. They really shouldn't advertise pet friendly because they aren't!
