The property is great. The location west of town in the hills is convenient, and the house and yard are well-maintained and very comfortable. We thought that the current decoration is very attractive and nicely done--more so than the pictures made it appear. We are hoping to go back there again. There are many great hiking trails and restaurants and stores nearby, and a couple golf courses that are close as well.

This house was perfect for our stay in Tucson. We loved the big patio area and the hot tub. So fun to enjoy the beautiful view of the desert and the city! The house had everything we needed and was very well appointed. Check in was easy and Lynne was very responsive.

This is a great property, with great views from up on the hills west of Tucson. Lots of room and very clean. Only one issue, we were staying in Tucson for the Rock and Mineral show to buy inventory. On the last day of our stay we needed to rent a U-Haul trailer. There is no room on this property to park a Truck and Trailer. The owners could not know we needed to do this so it wasn't their fault, this is just a warning that if you have an oversized vehicle there is no place to park on the street. Also, the drive ways are steep (no problem for a standard car) for pulling up a car/trailer combination. We lucked out and the neighbors let us park in their pull through driveway for a night. Very nice neighbors. Would recommend with just the one issue to be aware of.

We loved this home so much! It was perfect for our family and the hosts could not have been better!

The property looked very nice on-screen when we chose it; but, in-person, it turned out to be even better than we imagined it would be! The floor-plan and layout was ideal for our group of 5 adults. Everyone had space to themselves, and, equally, everyone had opportunity to "hang out" and visit with each other. We needed this, as we travelled here to bury my wife's sister and her husband, who both died unexpectedly this year. One last thing about the property is this – the view is as relaxing as the house is. Lynne & Bill, our hosts & property owners, could not have been more gracious and accommodating. They were informative about the area, providing helpful tips, and responsive to our needs. Talking with Lynne felt like talking with someone I already knew. This property is a very comfortable place – we would have liked to stay an extra day or two, but our schedule wouldn't allow it, and we had to move on. If/When we are back in the area, this property will be my first choice for where to stay.

This was one of the most comfortable homes I've ever stayed in. I loved the layout with the courtyard in the center overlooking the lights of Tucson. Great location for our trip to beautiful Arizona. This home was also very well stocked with kitchen equipment. We had everything we needed.

The house and grounds were perfect for us. The patio not only had fabulous views, it was where we spent most of our waking hours - eating, talking, reading, using the hot tub. The house was perfect for our group of 7 and our dog. Lynne and her notebooks were immensely helpful. The book of restaurant menus and the list of attractions were great. The instructions for using the hot tub and the home were a plus. Lynne's advice about local event traffic and the lunar eclipse were really supported us. We are definitely ready to go back.

This home was clean, well maintained, well-equipped and perfect for our long weekend stay in Tucson. The views were spectacular and Lynne was a wonderfully accommodating hostess! Thank you again Lynne!

The house is on a hill among the saguaros with a gorgeous view of Tucson. The courtyard is a fantastic place to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Thank you for letting us stay at your place while we visited our wildcat ❤️💙

This home is in a gorgeous area in the foothills on the west side of Tucson and Lynne was quick to respond to any questions we had. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This location is close to West Gates Pass and Tucson Mountain Park. If you are in Tucson for cycling or hiking this is that spot.

Mountain Gardens is an older development perched in the hills between the city and Tucson Mountain Park. There's a good trail just at the end of the street, and the best hiking in the area is within a few miles--we hiked every day for two weeks and didn't come close to exhausting the options. The house is comfortable, and the patio is perfectly situated for sunrise viewing (the best sunset viewing is also close by, just across Gates Pass). From the patio, we saw hawks, hummingbirds, night jars, cactus wrens, gila woodpeckers, curved bill thrashers, and many more birds--including a roadrunner who hopped the wall and investigated the hot tub--and, in the neighborhood, javelinas, mule deer, and a rattler (easing himself out of our way). The house hadn't been rented for a while (summer, Covid), so there were a few hiccups when we arrived, but Lynne was incredibly attentive and addressed the issues immediately. When she learned a couple of us were birders, she even brought down a feeder. All in all, a wonderful stay, and we'll be happy to return.

We loved our stay at Mountain Garden Estates. The house is spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owners are very friendly and responsive. The view of the mountains and saguaro cactus landscape from the large terrace is absolutely spectacular.

This was our first Vrbo stay in Tucson and it was impressive and met our expectations. The home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The views of the desert and the city were outstanding. Our hosts were there to greet us and to make sure we had what we needed. Lynne was very helpful and told us where to shop and what restaurants were good in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and good for walking our dog. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely, spacious home with a killer view of Tucson. Wonderful location for golfing and exploring the desert and Tucson. Lynne and Bill were great hosts - easy to work with and quick with ideas and suggestions for getting to know the area. Wonderful experience - would stay here again!

Fun spot with quick access to the Saguaro National Park. Also, only fifteen min to downtown Tucson.

Our family - consisting of 4 adults and 2 grandbabies - stayed at this property over New Year's and it was perfect. Very clean! The property has beautiful views from almost every room. The kitchen, bedroom, and bathrooms are appropriately furnished and there was a welcome basket upon arrival which is a very nice touch, especially after a day of traveling. The house is set up in a horseshoe shape which was perfect as the bedrooms were on one side, and the kitchen on the other side which worked out great for when the babies needed quiet time. The host, Lynne, was very responsive, kind, and helpful with restaurant recommendations and tips for area attractions. The Reid Park Zoo was our favorite. A smaller zoo which didn't require a lot of walking but all the "big" animals. The home is located about 10-15 minutes for the University of Arizona. There are restaurants and shopping just a short drive away. If you are searching for a nice place, stop looking - this is it! We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

We rented this house for a week long family get-together. The house layout is great and allows for people to spread out a bit. The location is great, it's a 15 minute drive to downtown Tucson yet you feel secluded in the desert. Communicating with Lynne was simple and she was very helpful. Definitely recommend!

Everything about our stay was amazing. A thousand thank you to Lynne and Bill. The kindness and thoughtfulness far exceeded any vacation home experience. The beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. The location is spectacular. Absolutely be complaints.

The neighborhood is beautiful, set among the saguaros with views of Tucson and the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching and hearing the bird activity, looking at the stars, and watching for wildlife. It is conveniently located near the Desert Museum and Seguaro National Park West, but still easy to get into Tucson for dining. The kitchen is well stocked and Lynne is a very welcoming host. We appreciated the information in the binder about the area and the wildlife, and the bird guide and travel books in the house.

Lynne and Bill were gracious, informed, and very hospitable hosts. Their home is well appointed and is in a very beautiful location. Great views and the hot tub were icing on the cake.

We stayed here with our three young kids. The location is perfect for exploring Tucson (especially Saguaro NP West/the Desert Museum/Old Tucson). Views were amazing. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the house, patio and hot tub.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home with its views of the desert and Tucson's twinkling lights. We were warmly welcomed by the owner upon arrival, who providing info about the home and the surrounding area (a whole binder of restaurant recommendations!) The house itself is spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen is huge and would work well for a larger group (we were only three people). Bathrooms were clean and updated. Beds were comfy. WiFi worked well. The patio, with its hot tub and views of the desert and the city, was a favorite spot for our spring visit. Access to town and to Saguaro National Park West was convenient. The only thing I would add, and it's minor, would be screens in the bedroom windows to let in fresh spring air (there was a screen in the master bed room sliding door). I would definitely stay here again.

Alice and I, Dottie, and dog Schroeder spent another two week winter vacation at Via Roma in Tucson. Lynne and Bill Bracker, owners of the property, are by now wonderful friends. Our evening in their home and our lunch together at Wisdoms were real treats. The Brackers were always available when needed, but they were never intrusive. The house is an extraordinary rental property, comfortable in every way, with a view to die for. We could not be more grateful for our time there and look forward to our return.

Stunning views, spacious and clean home with ample supplies in the kitchen for cooking in. We had fantastic, clear and warm weather while we stayed so we really got to enjoy the outside space and hot tub. It's far enough out of town to get the incredible city light views but just a 5 minute drive down the road to the shops. We only stayed 4 days but we packed a lot in, with hiking Gates Pass and visiting Old Tucson. Will try to stay again in this home or Lynn and Bill's other homes in the wonderful city of Tucson.

Lynne and Bill are wonderful hosts and our family enjoyed coming back to this perfect house with its wonderful views of Tucson. The location works out great for all we do in Tucson and surrounding areas. It is close to activities, restaurants, groceries, hiking, parks, etc. All the immenities that you need are provided for a wonderful vacation. We WILL be back!
