El hotel está muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones son modernas y funcionales.

Me dieron una habitación que daba a un patio, lo que no era muy seguro.

Kambarys buvo svarus ir mes galėjome pailsėti po keliones . Pusryčiai buvo skanus ir gausaus pasirinkimo .

I had a late check in, at 1.30 a.m. When I have arrived to the hotel they have informed me that they are booked out and they have no room for me. They have booked the payment from my credit card 2 days before the arrival! They offered for me a very bad alternative hotel, which was twice cheaper. It was an absolute DEGRADE, instead of offering an upgrade. I could not sleep at all on the uncomfortable bad of the alternative hotel. I arrived to Vilnius only for one important business meeting and this treatment by Hilton affected my performance next day. Overbooking can happen, but 1.30 a.m. upon arrival is not a proper time to inform a client about it. Bad communication and no respect to me as a hotel guest. I will by no means consider booking this hotel in the future.

Чистая гостиница. Все новое и приятно находится в гостинице. Удобная кровать. Хорошее постельное белье. Подушки и одеяло , все на хорошем уровне.

В номере не было халатов. Это единственное , что расстроило.

Sehr freundliches Personal, moderne Ausstattung, ruhiges Zimmer, zentral zur Fußgängerzone, leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffett. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Laundry! Location. They have their own parking. There is a retail store in the basement of the building. The staff is really amazing and friendly.

a) Breakfast could use some fine-tuning. It was OK, but not great. The selection of food was amazing, but the overall taste was meh. b) mattresses were too firm (but we understand it is a matter of preference). c) ventilation in some rooms needs adjusting and may not work properly

Wonderful breakfast with lots to chose from. Quite and comfortable room with an easily operated climate control. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Supermarket in the basement.

The pillows was a little to soft for our liking. It would have been nice if one of the two pillows was firmer.

Słabo oznaczony parking. Żle działa wyjazd opłacony w hotelu - szlaban nie podniósł się i trzeba było wycofać i wracać do recepcji - irytujące.

Een hotel dat allemaal nieuw en degelijk eruitziet en aanvoelt. Grote ramen en veel daglicht. Mooie afstemming van materialen en kleuren in het hele hotel

Brokastis ļoti labas. Viesnīcu izvēlējos tieši atrašanās vietas dēļ.

Ievēroju, ka brokastīs apkalpojošais personāls ar plikām rokām piekārtoja ēdienus uz kopējiem šķīvjiem. Būtu pateicīga, ja to darītu ar tam paradzētajiem instrumentiem, vai vismaz cimdiem.

Удобное расположение отеля. Чисто, аккуратно. Персонал приветливый. С общением на русском языке были заминки, но всё решилось. Уборка номера - всё ОК, но на второй день не поставили бутилированную воду. В целом - понравилось всё.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel und alles war eigentlich Prima.Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten über die Rezeption ein Taxi bestellt, da wir ca 2 Km in die Stadt fahren wolten und es regnete. Ein Taxi war sofort vorhanden. Stand wohl vor der Tür. Als wir ankamen wollte der Taxifahrer von uns euro 25,-- dafür haben. Eine reine ABZOCKE. Wir haben uns bei der Dame der Rezeption beschwert und sie meinte, dass wäre ein normaler Preis und guckte zum Fahrer. Am nächsten Tag sind wir mit einem Taxi XL über die Bolt App. 12 KM gefahren und mussten 8 Euro dafür zahlen. Schade, dass es solche Machenschaften von Angestellten eines schönen Hotels gibt.

Great hotel in really good location. The breakfast was amazing!!! Portions in the restaurant are well sized and the food is very tasty. I love the size of the hotel and the fact it has underground multi story parking. 2 lifts make it quick to move around the hotel. Staff is super friendly

The gym seems to be really small - could fit probably up to 4 people. What surprised me is the fact that I had to pay for the parking I understand its available for public but in my personal opinion guests shouldn't have to pay. Depending on your room there is some lighting outside that could be disturbing but as soon as you close the blinds its all good.
