DIRECT OCEANFRONT with Million Dollar Views Top Floor/end unit
Unité au dernier étage en bord de mer qui a été complètement rénovée en mai 2016. TOUT est neuf - moulures, nouvelle cuisine avec électroménagers en acier inoxydable, nouvelle salle de bain avec baignoire / carrelage dans la douche et au sol, nouveaux meubles de chambre, matelas queen, literie et plus!. Ceci est une unité de fin et très privé. Regardez le lever du soleil depuis votre balcon privé et votre salon. En outre, le balcon et l'unité sont ombragés dans l'après-midi, donc très confortable assis à l'extérieur en train de prendre un cocktail en soirée. Tout est neuf. Nouveau mur en miroir dans le salon vous fait penser que l'océan est tout autour de vous. La brise de mer du balcon est incroyable et pas besoin d'un ventilateur de plafond sur le pont. À distance de marche du coeur de Hilton Head, Coligny.
De nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, un nouveau canapé, une chaise et une table avec des chaises, une nouvelle table de pub sur le pont et des chaises en matériau de terrasse est tout simplement magnifique et parfait pour regarder à la plage.

It was great views but too small and furniture were not so clean.

Overall a very good stay at this property. Have stayed here twice before and this was probably best stay. Since we were there last, there is a new couch and sliding glass door to porch which had needed attention. Minor issues to consider addressing: bathroom blow dryer works but is old and not appealing-looking; kitchen trash can lid doesn’t work and falls off. Pros: location 2 blocks from Coligny square; absolutely fabulous view of beach and sunrise as always - this view can’t be beaten! Communication with owner was excellent prior to arrival about a scheduling issue. - he was very responsive. Again very good stay. Would stay here yet again.

Very clean , nicely decorated, with updated appliances. Nice mattress. We’ve stayed here before and many different Seaside Villas units. This is the nicest, before any including it’s the top corner unit too.

Place was small but everthing worked well. Place would be great for 2 adults or maybe 2 adults. And 1 or 2 small childen. We had 3 adults and it was a bit tight but fine. View from room was very nice of the ocean.

Great place to stay but the bedroom is HOT! The owner does provide fans and such to help with this problem so that is nice. The view is the best thing about this place, can’t be beat.

Enjoyed this property for its amazing location, loved walking to the beach for sunrise. Condo was clean, and very cute. It is pretty small and I'm not sure it would be comfortable for more than 2-3 people but it was a good size for us (me and my husband). Property manager was very easy to work with.

This unit was in an older complex. We chose it for the view which was nice. Some negatives was lack of A/C in bedroom which made sleeping very uncomfortable. There was also hardly any room on either side of the bed to safely walk to the bathroom during the night without bumping into the bed frame. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and leaked on the balconey so walking baefoot there was not an option. Lastly, smokers below us kind of ruied our enjoyment of the balcony. The complex really should prohibit this.

The location doesn't get any better. Stunning ocean views, and just a short walk to the ocean. The full moon over the ocean was an extra bonus.
We saw bunnies, hawks, deer and an osprey while enjoying our morning cup of coffee on the balcony.
Coligny is very close, we walked and biked there a few times during our stay.
The unit was comfortable for 2 of us. We thought the bedroom was a little too warm for our liking, and the mattress wasn't great. But the rest of the unit was wonderful. Appreciated the Keurig machine and toaster!
Looking forward to staying here again!

The views from this condo are absolutely amazing! We were able to watch the sunrise from our condo. The weather was mild and there was a nice gentle breeze that enabled us to enjoy the porch. The space is like described - very small but perfect for our quiet getaway.

We had a nice visit. The quarters are small but just the right size for my husband and me. I had prepped some meals, which was nice to bake as there is not much counter space- it would have been doable, but it was hard to do much cooking. As others have mentioned, the view from the balcony is incredible. It was like having the joys of the beach without getting hot or sandy.

You just cant beat the location of this top floor / corner unit. Sunsets were amazing.... and a easy walk to Coligny and all it offers.
The unit is small but ok for 1 or 2 people.

Beautiful and clean. Nice comfortable furniture. Could use a little TLC. Knobs missing from some kitchen cabinets, drawers, and closet door. Towel holder over bathroom sink was hanging out of wall, could not be used, some touch up on paint needed. These are all small items and fixing them would make more user friendly and a much better impression etc. But overall, we loved this place and had a wonderful monthlong stay!

Unseasonably cold on Dec 19. We cut our visit short as we couldn’t enjoy the island! The villa was very clean and had great quality towels. It had every thing necessary for 2 people.

Loved the location of this little condo. It is very narrow but worked well for us. Best for 2 people as it is very tight in the living spaces. Near Coligny and right at the beach. Can't beat the view from the deck. Bring your own blankets as the bedding is light if you are coming in the colder months.

We have spent our anniversary weekend here the last two years and will hopefully be able to go again next year. We love the view and the location is fantastic. It is close to shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend!!

We’ve stayed on the island many times, but this location had the best view and most convenient location by far. I’m not sure how the crowds would be in this area in peak season though.
The condo (while small and cozy) was clean, comfortable, and the balcony view cannot be beat. We were able to watch the sunrise and dolphin pods from the condo. But if we wanted to be directly on the beach, the beach access is right outside the door. We loved our stay. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

The beachfront view is perfect for waking up with a cup of coffee in the morning. Linens provided were sufficient. My daughter said couch fold out not too comfy. The kitchen supplies were adequate for the time we spent. We ate out most of the time. Location is easy to find and close to shopping.
