Unit was everything as advertised and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants located at John’s Pass. Would definitely stay here again on next trip to beautiful Maderia Beach. The only downside to this location was an elevator being out of service for our last two day of our stay. A small inconvenience and did not damper our overall stay!

Such a great condo in a perfect location. We relaxed with some much needed beach time. Check in was easy, parking was easy, everything was easy. Great communication from the manager as well.

We absolutely loved the views from the condo! It was as if we were right on top of the beach! The sunrises and sunsets were phenomenal! The condo was lovely and the beds were extremely comfortable! Having so many keys to access each area was a little difficult, but we were thankful for the added security! The only downside would be that the water pressure in the master bath was extremely low and difficult to wash out shampoo. We all ended up having to take showers in the guest bath. We rented chairs and umbrellas from an outside company, (although it turned out there were a few chairs in a condominium)… we had hoped to have a company just come in to set up and take down umbrellas and chairs for us every day, but that was not allowed by the condominium association. It was a daily hassle putting up the umbrellas, but we managed. We were thankful there was a beach wagon in the closet for us to use! All in all, it was a fabulous vacation!

Overall, a nice condo with an amazing view. We felt as though the kitchen could use some TLC. Had to deal with ants, maybe sugar ants. We really enjoyed the area. Very convenient location. Thank you for being responsive when we had questions or concerns.

It’s also great to have laundry right in the condo and the location of Madeira Norte is perfect. We were quite unhappy with the cleanliness of this unit however. The cabinet doors were dirty, there were food splatters on some of the walls and I ended up spending a morning cleaning. We were offered a second cleaning but turned it down since it would have interfered with our vacation. We did receive a cleaning credit.

The views and location of this property can’t be beat! The balcony has wrap around views of the ocean with comfortable furniture to enjoy the sunsets. Everything you need for the beach is there to use; chairs, towels, toys, cooler, and more. The property was as described and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Terrific location with easy beach access and wonderful Gulf views. Lots of local restaurants and bars, with shopping at John's Pass. Great communications with unit management. Very responsive.

I choose the property because of the location. We found out days before arriving that the pool would be closed. The noise was so bad from 8am to 4pm every day that we couldn’t stay in the condo and the property doesn’t contract out for nice beach lounges so we had to walk to another complex to rent beach chairs. We did receive a $200 refund because of the pool being closed, but talked to other owners who were offering 1/2 price rental because of the inconvenience, but not ours. Place needs a deep cleaning.

Great location and easy to get there from Tampa Airport. Nice balcony with perfect ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Twin bedroom could have been cleaner. Ants in bed by the window and a sock found in sheets in other bed. Floor was not swept as past guest items were found under bed. Pillows and beds could be replaced. Overall had a great week and condo was supplied with everything we needed. Loved that could walk across street to shops and dinning!

The condo was not cleanly but I understand the people before us left it horribly so I believe that has something to do with it. There are no dressers to put the clothes in so be aware of that. Spacious and looks out on the beautiful water.

We loved this condo. The location was perfect! Looking out the balcony and seeing the ocean was so peaceful. My kids also loved the heated pool! The parking spot was very convenient right next to the elevator. The twin bed had a side guard rail we used for my toddler which really helped. Thank-you!

We’ve been coming to Madeira for about 10 years. This is our 2nd stay at Madeira Norte. Absolutely love the location. Directly across the street from Johns Pass, an easy walk to a lot of great restaurants, and a short drive to even more shopping and dining. The condo itself - fantastic. The bed was unbelievable soft and comfortable. My husband tended to get too hot in the middle of the night, but I did not, so I ended up with whole bed for the half the night. Another check in the win column, lol! The condo was clean and well stocked with anything you could need for the week. We worked with Sharon, and I can’t say enough nice things about her and her crew. Even though we couldn’t get this same condo again next year, we still chose a property managed by Seaside, so I imagine next years vacation will be just as fantastic.

Came from Ohio to stay the week of Christmas. Worked with Sharon, and received excellent instructions for check in. The condo was beautiful and perfect for my husband, our two sons and I. The kitchen had everything you could ever need to prepare and cook meals. Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus. All appliances are new and very nice! The beach view was magnificent! A large balcony that all 4 of us could sit out on. John’s Pass is directly across the street with so many things to do! Even our teenaged boys were never bored. They really enjoyed the jet ski rental the most! This condo is everything that is pictured and more! Had an amazing time!!!

Very good location right on the beach. Property overall was in good shape including the condo and building. The large balcony with the beach/gulf view was very nice as well. The property management folks were attentive and responsive. The place had everything you need to start your stay and you can make the grocery store run the next day. Saw the building service person there every morning cleaning the common areas. The condo itself needs a bit of refurbishment and due to COVID increase, we spent a bit of time sanitizing even more plus some additional cleaning that appears not to be done on a consistent basis. This included a good cleaning of the washer and dryer before we really wanted to use them. If you don't want to rent a car, look into renting a street legal golf cart but do it when you make your condo reservation. we didn't and found there were none to rent the week prior to our visit. Not an issue with the condo, but don't quite understand all of the dead fish on the beach every day...Also rented a boat at Jack's at Johns Pass and they were very obliging to change the reservation due to weather conditions. And, the master bedroom lamp, mentioned in other reviews, still requires that you plug and unplug for operation, the switch doesn't work.

The condo has everything that you will need. Kitchen well stocked with basic ingredients and dishware. Beach chairs and other toys are provided. The beach location and views couldn't be better! We had a great time. Super convenient to restaurants - although, James Pass closes down at 9:00 pm so for later dining you will need to drive. Its' a close drive to other restaurants. The view/sliding glass door in the master BR was very nice to have and the patio was our favorite hang out. The BUTS: If you are a super clean freak, you may have issues. The condo is clean, but their vents are super super gross and dusty and one is in a highly viewable area from the living room. We thought it was gross. If you are at all sensitive to Mold, DO NOT stay here. I realize it's Florida, and we've stayed in the same area before with no issues but this place caused huge respiratory problem for my husband. If mold doesn't bother you, then no problem. Also, there were several issues that I believe fall under "Property Management" roles. There are lightbulbs out in the bathrooms. The front door is filthy and cobweb covered and was not a pleasant first impression. The shower curtain is moldy and needs to be replaced. The bedroom bedside lamp doesn't work. A window screen in the bedroom is broken. There were other smaller things but I lost the pictures I took, so these are the bigger ones that I remember.These are all fixable issues, so if the management fixed these, the place would be absolutely GREAT!
