We found the room to be quite nice with friendly hosts. The only downside was the spiritual vibe of the place with Budda in several locations, but the host allowed us to remove the picture above the bed. The shower was only good when no-one else was using water on the property. The little dogs tended to yap a bit during the day and the sheets on the bed where like blankets, not cotton. We were awaken at 3 am with other rowdy guests coming in from a late night out and talking loudly. But everything else was quite nice. The bed was comfortable and although the TV Chanel’s where all in another language, we did have access to TV if needed and would have changed the language settings if we were really wanting it. Our stay was satisfactory and I would still recommend it, with the understanding of those things I’ve mentioned.

Great location very quiet with excellent facilities Beautiful pool with tropical Gardens. Unfortunately couldn’t spend as much time there as I had hoped due to completing renovation close by

We really didn’t feel like we were staying in someone’s home as the room’s entrance was at the front of the property. The only issue we had? Was the streaming on the tv kept freezing. I’m the end we finished watching our Netflix movie on our iPad Would we stay there again? DEFINITELY! Vicky and Gary were lovely. Thank you!

Welcoming owners and the studio room is very well set up with a outside private area

The property presents well. Owners have yappy dogs and one is sure to bark at 5am or when other guests come and go from property. A pond outside the studio door smells and needs attention. The blind does not fit the studio window. There is no blind on the bathroom window. Not ideal for security.

Noosa and Noosaville have so much to offer holidaymakers. Our accommodation was great for a weekend. Would want more space if staying longer though. Not much room for hanging clothes and bags. Loved the soft furnishings and had everything we needed. Definitely need transport though as quite a walk to get places. Owners do offer bikes though. They are in a lovely estate. Pool looked amazing though with temps from 8deg it was not the season for swimming!

Upon arrival at the accommodation, my husband and I immediately realised we could not spend one night in this small overcrowded room. -The room smelt extremely offensive. -The bathroom had not been cleaned adequately. Yellow stains were visible in the basin. -There was hair on the vanity and over all the outer edges of the floor. -Dishwashing liquid lay oozed over a tray meant for washing dishes in the bathroom. -Pair of previous guests socks littered the bedroom floor. -Dogs barked incessantly from the main house. -Location was exaggerated and was only accessible via car, unable to walk to any Restaurants or cafes. -Host was abrupt and discourteous. Intended 4 night getaway resulted in finding more suitable accommodation immediately.

My girlfriend and I had a very nice time at the property. The hosts were very friendly and even provided a lift into Noosa which was very kind of them.

Had a lovely time at your place in Noosaville, great room, super comfortable bed, great bathroom, cute little courtyard and a sensational pool to cool off after a hot day. Would love to come back one day

We arrived at the property full of expectation, only to find that they had no knowledge of our booking and were not ready to receive us. Worse than that, the hostess was quite ill and in isolation Waiting a PCR test result. Given we work in health, we considered the risk of covid contact unacceptable, and spent some time arranging alternate accommodation in Mooloolaba, 50km back down the road. It would be nice if we received a refund for this debacle, but I'm not hopeful given the policy of no refund. Not happy and never again with Stayz...

Room was tiny, bathroom adequate Drive 10 minutes to main Noosa beach Very low height area in tiny courtyard, need warning for tall guests Owners dogs did bark a bit when owners were out but not during night.

Easy access to the coast attractions by car. No air conditioning so very hot during the day in summer.

Great room & bathroom , clean and toasty. Vickie was great to have a chat to. Pool area was great (although weather too cold to use the pool!) Was perfect for what I was needing for a brief stay at Noosa.
