Nice Townhouse in charming Pleasanton
Maison de ville très bien située près de 580/680 dans un quartier très calme dans un quartier bien établi à Pleasanton, près du quartier des affaires et de Bart. La maison a 3 lits 1king 1 reine et 2 jumeaux avec 1 & 1/2 salles de bain la maison est entièrement approvisionnée pour le shampoing serviettes casseroles et tout le reste vous pouvez penser ok. Cuisinière à gaz belle laveuse et sécheuse en acier inoxydable. Petite cour arrière pour profiter du soleil des Californies. Il y a aussi un parc à quelques pas de notre clôture arrière. Vous pouvez vous promener à Starbucks environ 5 minutes à pied et quelques restaurants commerçant joes et des tonnes plus. Des tonnes à faire minutes conduisent comme des établissements vinicoles. San Francisco a environ 30 ans, sauf aux heures de pointe.

We were in Pleasanton to spend Thanksgiving with my husband’s family. The townhome was close to his brother’s house and perfect home base for us. Caution on the stairs; they are narrow and steep. A little scary for us older folk.

A great Property to visit. It is well furnished and the kitchen has many pot, pans and appliances. The main bedroom's bed is adjustable for firmness! Located near the freeway on ramp and many restaurants and businesses in a close proximity. Laurie and Erik are excellent hosts. Recommended

THe owners were great communicators and even had extra towels shipped to the house when I requested more—we were staying for 8 days. They did a great job. Loved the toaster oven and the kitchen was fully equipped. Washer and Dryer were great and efficient. That said ……….the house is tired and most importantly the chemical smell from either Febreeze or cleaning solutions was overwhelming. We had the windows open 24/7 and after many days it was still omnipresent and gave me a sore throat. Others have mentioned the highway being close by and indeed the highway sound was loud—especially because we needed the windows open.

We stayed in this townhouse so that we could visit with family nearby. It suited our needs perfectly. Just be aware that the townhouse is located right next to 580, which both makes it super convenient as well as a little noisy - especially with any windows open. Otherwise, a great place to stay for a few nights.

Close to home
The house served our needs perfectly. Good wifi for the kids to attend online school and a place for us to stay while we had work done at our house. The house had all the necessary equipment and easy to get to location.

Family reunion
The property is super clean and cozy. Felt very much at home. The property owners were available and answered quickly when I contacted them. Will repeat when I return.

Laurie was great. Communicated everything upfront, the home was clean, and all guests staying with us had a fun and great time.
