Proximity to centre of town and great restaurants and local shops.
Plunge pool was a little dirty and jacuzzi part didn’t work and filter/pump only worked periodically . No clear instructions for TV usage. Also, photographs online need to be updated as not accurate. Patio area much smaller than represented on photos - there is a lot of cleaning stuff and smelly drains where photos show a seating area.

The location is perfect in the centre of Pollenca. The interior design of the priority was beautiful. Super comfortable.
Access to the property is difficult by car -but can't be helped in unique historic properties.

pool is small (size of a jacuzzi) but it is in the town so not many pool villas available

The villa was immaculate, in a great location only couple of minutes away from the main square & El Calvari steps. The villa has been renovated to a high standard all the bedrooms were great sizes with modern en suites, overall we really enjoyed our stay in Pollensa would definitely stay at the villa.
Very minor, you are ok to leave your rubbish outside, each morning the bin men come & collect.
