From the moment we entered the home we were impressed how clean and pleasant it felt. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The location is literally minutes from hiking and Sedona. I would fully recommend this rental as it’s like luxury at an affordable price .

My wife and I got away for the week. I brought my golf clubs and got in a couple really nice rounds. With the two clubs real close to where we stay the Sedona resort in Oak Creek country club highly recommend both. Packed up the pick up truck with the Wife. scrapbook material and she spent the week in side scrapbooking. Together we went out and ate some really nice meals did some sightseeing. Recommend the cowboy club grill. Did a little shopping. Really enjoyed ourselves. Brought a little puppy dog with us which was a bonus. Thank you so much. Look forward to coming back and spending quality time in beautiful Sedona.

Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Bell Rock and Corthouse trails. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream parlors within a 5 minute drive. It's only 10 minutes to Sedona. Perfect location if you want to avoid staying amongst the crowds of Sedona. The house was very comfortable with a nice deck. Not having to share a bathroom with a teenager was a bonus. The downside was no Netflix or any other apps from which to watch movies but we spent most of our time sightseeing anyway. I'm thankful the host allows pets. It was really nice being able to bring my little dog with me. The yard is not big but is perfect for a small dog and the neighborhood is great for walks. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was the ideal home base for our hiking and exploring adventures in the area; close to Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, Cathedral Rock and Rock Chapel. In a quiet neighborhood, with very good restaurants and coffee shops right in town. This location allowed us to come 'home', clean up and rest after long days on the trails. Everything worked perfectly.

Wonderful location. Quiet neighborhood. Scenic views. Walking distance to most activities in Oak Creek. Two bedroom double was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Good-sized kitchen which was stocked and had modern appliances. Decor was beautiful. Deck with a cute front patio area. Nearby trail access to most popular Oak Creek trails nearby. Large Tv in living room but had very limited cable programming. Ample linen.Great vlue for the money. One of our best stays in Sedona.

It was a great trip to the area and happy overall with rental. The back deck was a little unsafe and the cleanliness of the property was a 4 of 5.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and walking and mountain bike trails were accessible without having to drive. This worked out especially well because all the trailhead parking lots were full! The unit had everything we needed and it was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely like to book again!

This was a fairly comfortable stay for a long weekend, however the place does need some TLC/repairs, (fixtures loose, mold, fridge froze our food, stained sheets, a bit worn down.) The duplex is about 10 minutes south of downtown and close to a great grocery and shops. Unfortunately, the person before us didn't clean the cookware, so everything had to be washed before using. If you are a light sleeper, the HVac compressor is mounted right above master bedroom, which was a bit noisy. The homeowner is very quick to respond and size/layout was as expected.

Cozy 2bed 2bath with fireplace. Much needed weekend break. Easy directions, private and a short 10 min drive to the heart of Sedona. Will definitely be back….

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Location couldn’t be beat for the price, home was well stocked with almost anything you could need to cook (we didn’t but it was noticed), the towels are super fluffy and the neighborhood was nice to walk around in. Note that it takes a little bit for the water to warm up, just be patient. My daughter enjoyed the decor and vibe of the home. We did get a rude awakening before 8am on our last day with the neighbor having work done on his bathroom…. A shower remodel! Hammering… Drilling… wall shaking… it was maddening because it didn’t stop for hours. I don’t blame the owners of this unit for that so didn’t knock anything off. The garbage can outside was full as well, so we couldn’t complete our checkout tasks as needed.

Great property in need of some attention but overall very comfortable and convenient. Icy air blasting from heating vents spoiled our stay completely resulting in unwanted cough/colds.

We had a great time. The place was clean and well stocked. We couldn’t enjoy the outside deck a whole lot due to it being a little brisk. We can say the HVAC works just fine. Having a garage is a great touch. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here and the location was great for us. Close enough to some the trails we wanted to ride that we left from here on the bikes a few times. This is now my preferred area to stay in Sedona. I will definitely look here first for availability on future visits.

This place was fantastic! The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it was far enough off the beaten path that we couldn't hear traffic but close enough that we could get everywhere quickly. The TV conveniently had an accessible HDMI cable so we could plug in our Roku, which definitely helped us relax after a day of hiking. The water pressure in the guest room shower was INCREDIBLE. Honestly, if anything, I don't think the pictures of this place do enough justice to how roomy it is. I knew it was going to be a little cozy -- that's what my wife and I wanted -- but I was also half-expecting for us to bump into each other all weekend, and luckily there was plenty of room for us to get around. It was an amazing place to stay overall, and I feel lucky we were able to snag a weekend here!

Definitely worth the trip and renting this place. Highly recommend.

Great property! Excellent location, spotlessly clean. Nice quiet neighborhood that was so close to Bell Rock. The grill was a nice plus! We would definitely return.

The half duplex is nice and relatively clean. There was an issue with other people having access to to the property after we checked in. We came back after dropping our stuff off to fine others had entered the property and claimed they also had a reservation for the same 2 weekdays as us. Seemed a bit suspect.

Lived up to other reviews! Nice clean house with tasteful Southwestern decor. Easy check in/check out. Close to shops and restaurants. Many view points and restaurants and so forth are about 9 miles from the spot. Easy scenic drive. Does get crowded at times so plan accordingly. I would definitely stay here again!

Property located in Oak Creek, very convenient to shopping , restaurants, downtown Sedona and trailheads. Very beautifully decorated , has everything you need. Would highly recommend.

The house was comfy and decor was great! Modern appliances and well-stocked kitchen. The keyless entry was stress free. Really appreciated the location! We would come back here!
