Beach Place Bliss on Madeira Beach by John's Pass Village
Ce spacieux condo situé au coin de l’océan, au bord de l’océan, s’est fait poser un nouveau tapis et des carreaux en janvier 2019. La cuisine et les salles de bains ont été récemment rénovées avec de nouveaux placards et des comptoirs en granit. De nouveaux carrelages devraient être installés dans les douches de la salle de bain en décembre 2019 ou janvier 2020. D'autres mises à jour sont en préparation dans un avenir proche. Profitez de superbes vues sur la plage et de magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis l'intimité de votre balcon du premier étage. Laissez la voiture à l'appartement et traversez la rue pour rejoindre Johns Pass Village et profitez de plus de 100 boutiques et restaurants pour combler vos soirées. Dans John's Pass Village, vous pouvez également louer des kayaks, des paddleboards, des jet-skis, partir en charters de pêche et même faire une croisière avec un bateau de pirate.
Les installations comprennent une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit gratuite, la télévision par câble et 2 places de parking réservées. Il y a une radio Bluetooth / FM Monster Retro à utiliser. Chaque chambre a une horloge avec un port USB. Nous avons récemment acheté 4 chaises de plage Tommy Bahama pour votre usage, et de nombreux autres jouets de plage ont déjà été laissés par nos clients. Il y a une buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre usage.

We have vacationed on the gulf coast for 20+ years and this may be our favorite unit we have ever stayed in. John Pass is right across the street with all the restaurants and shopping you will need for the week. The unit was well maintained and stocked with everything you need for your stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

It was an excellent week's stay at beautiful Beach Place Bliss. We enjoyed the accommodations very much and the view of the beach and gulf from the balcony is fabulous. We saw some of the most glorious sunsets ever!

Beautiful place, owners were very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs. There is so much to do within walking distance.

Place is right on the water with beautiful views. It is a short walk to Johns pass where you can eat and go on excursions. Local grocery store is a short five minute drive. Short drive to Clearwater aquarium. Lots for adults and kids. Definitely keep in mind for next Florida trip.

Very clean and no bugs which can be hard in Florida. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Great location for walking to John’s Pass. We felt very safe there. The pool for the condo building isn’t too big and there tended to be a lot of loud people down there.

Who doesn’t love having an ocean view and easy access to beach, shopping, restaurants, live entertainment and fishing excursions within walking distance. The condo is roomy and easily accommodated 6 adults. I went with my husband and my 2 brothers and their wives and we had a blast. So much to do and see!! There was a cigarette butt laying by the TV when we arrived. Fortunately no other signs of smoking though. Excellent stay - We would love to come back sometime.

Very convenient to beach, pool, restaurants, fishing and shopping. Tropicana Field 15 min drive. Had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the view especially the sunsets and sunrises under bridge.

I have stayed at this property a few times. It is by far my favorite at Madeira Beach. Always clean and has everything anyone would need. Great location!! I have already booked again for next year. The owners are wonderful to communicate with.

Really like Beach Place... love the location. This condo is the best we've rented at Beach Place. All the extra beach chairs, toys, etc. are great especially when you fly.

We chose this property over other similar ones based on the reviews mentioning how clean it was. Therefore we were very disappointed when we walked into a musty smelling condo. There was hair in both the tub and shower and what looked like dripped shampoo on the shower wall. The light fixture above the dining table had years of caked on dust on it and so did the lamps, baseboards and pedestal fans in each room. There were also dust balls stuck to the popcorn ceiling. The drawer under the oven had petrified cheese and other food debris in it and the inside of the oven had something baked on it. The towels and sheets were worn and had some had holes in them. The bed skirt in the beach view room had stains. I had to wash and/ or air out everything we took with us to get the smell out. The condo was in a great location with an excellent view. The heated pool was very nice and the beach was just a short walk through the parking lot. There were lots of beach chairs, coolers and toys available in the closet. The parking spaces were convenient except when the staff parked behind you making it very difficult to back out. I wouldn’t recommend this unit but another one in the building may be nice.

You literally can’t get closer to the beach and attractions of the area. Condo is comfortable and has lots of room, we slept 6 comfortably.
The building itself is older and could use some updates but he building maintenance is always around working.
For a week stay it was no problem, if it were a longer term stay I might have more to say about the HVAC and plumbing and supplies available.

Condo was clean, comfortable and very well equipped!! Check in and communication was very easy. Great location-just across the road from John's Pass for shopping, eating and boat trips (sunset cruise with Hubbard Marina was a blast!!). Beautiful sunset views from the patio and direct beach access. Highly recommend a stay in this unit :-)

Being right on the beach and watching sunrise and gorgeous sunsets plus dolphins every morning made this such an idyllic location for our beach getaway. Pool was delightful, beds were comfortable and the patio table and chairs offered such opportunities to enjoy the gulf view! Love the Tommy Bahama chairs and used them every day. We had everything thing we needed and more in the well stocked kitchen. Loved the proximity to shopping and restaurants in John’s Pass!

For the past 10 years, we have travelled to this area annually in September and have stayed in a number of condos. This condo was by far the cleanest and did not have the damp/musty smell that we've encountered in so many other places. There were a number of beach chairs, towels, and toys available for use allowing us to maximize our time on the beach. Great location to restaurants and shops just across the road. Parking was also convenient as one of the two spots is covered (perfect b/c it rained for most of our stay) and next to the stairwell (code required for access) that leads you right to the front door of the condo if you don't want to wait for the elevator. Kitchen was well-equipped and met our needs with four kids who constantly eat. Communicating with Rod and Tami was quick and simple. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family trip!
The beach was perfect for our family. The walk from condo to pool to ocean was so easy our 3 and 7 did it like champs! The condo was clean and literally had EVERYTHING a family could need for a week like chairs, toys, umbrella, and extra towels for beach and bath. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We had a great week of family vacation. The condo was even better than the pics had showed. It had everything our family needed. The location is awesome..you can walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Thank you Rod and Tami for providing a great condo for our family to stay!
