2024 Winter still Available Waterfront corner lot-Heated Pool
2 chambres 2 salles de bain maison sur un canal avec un court trajet en bateau à Charlotte Harbor. Cette charmante maison est sur une route calme avec un terrain d'angle sur deux grands canaux. Vous pouvez voir l'eau de presque toutes les fenêtres de la maison. Un quai privé pour votre usage exclusif - pas de ponts entre la maison et le port. Prenez votre canne et votre moulinet ou utilisez les nôtres et pêchez juste à côté de notre quai - gros poisson! Nous avons aussi un congélateur d'appâts. Il y a plusieurs rampes de lancement à proximité, une marina à proximité pour le gaz. Deux chambres calmes avec un lit king et un lit queen. Les chambres ont des stores occultants. La maison dispose de téléviseurs intelligents Dish Network de base et d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit entièrement gratuite pour votre usage exclusif. Nous n'avons pas de téléphone fixe, alors apportez votre téléphone portable.

Had a great winter stay. Everything was as advertised and more. Outside entertainment area is fabulous. Host was very responsive to anything we needed. We've booked for next winter, so that should tell you how much we enjoyed it!

We absolutely loved this home! We had everything we needed to cook either inside or at the magnificent outdoor kitchen!! Absolutely a dream come true! Lots to do at this home! We fished, played bags and swam in the in ground pool!! The weather could have been better but nothing the owners could do about that! Saw a manatee, lots of fish and lots of birds. Very close to Walmart and Publix. Would love to stay again!

We had the most relaxing vacation ever. Had fun looking around the area and the Saturday market downtown was wonderful. Loved the restaurants that were all close. Neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful. Thank you for the best time ever. ❤️❤️

One of the best places we have stayed at. Elizabeth was great to work with and the place was clean and well organized. There is everything you need there. Plus, a huge lanai that was the best!!!!!

Elizabeth was an excellent host - easy to communicate with always responsive in a timely manner. Her property is everything described and then some, spacious, comfortable, quiet and a beautiful view. She has thought of every possible detail to make you feel right at home. Thank you Elizabeth, certainly enjoyed our time and look forward to another visit hopefully in 2023.

We stayed here a few years ago and we loved it is why we wanted to stay again. The first time there was not a pool, this visit she had a pool put in and that made the stay even better. The pool was very nice and clean. The outside area is surrounded with all you need for outdoor cooking. Inside looks and feels like home and everything in the home supplied is not cheap and very good quality. I loved the double oven, made it nice for cook things at different temperatures and having everything ready at the same time. So much more I could mention, but will say if you choose this place to stay, you will want to stay again.

Great Location
Very well stocked home. High quality and well stocked kitchen and outdoor space. Wish we could rent this place all winter long! Such a relaxing oasis. The corner canal lot is spectacular. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a Punta Gorda getaway.

Excellent Indoor and Outdoor Living
This house was a perfect spot for a getaway in Punta Gorda. The interior furnishings are of a very high quality and the bed was super comfy! The kitchen is well stocked and made it very easy to cook some nice meals both inside and out. The outdoor space is what makes this place special. The outdoor kitchen, 2 grills, extra fridge space, awesome outdoor living room set, awesome table, pool…The list goes on and on! Would absolutely recommend this unit to others and we will be back again! I had to contact Elizabeth once during our stay and she was quickly responsive to my question.

Everything in this home is updated and of very good quality . I have stayed at a lot of places and the stuff they supplied the home with looks like it was bought at a 5 and 10 store. The pots and pans are some of the best and I told my wife when I get going I’m buying a set of the All Clad pans. The whole house was decorated very nice. The view around the house was relaxing and very quite. Elizabeth was very nice, and thank you for the 45th anniversary gift. Next year we will be on a cruise but 2020 we will look to see if we can stay here again.

We were there for 10 days . It is one of the best places I have stayed . Everything is provided and then some . We come every year to Punta Gorda and if it is available again we will be back

Winter Getaway
Our stay was Feb 2 - Feb 17,2020. It was a beautiful, clean home. We were pleasantly surprised that the deck is now covered. The home was in a great location with easy access to all the sights. Fishing in the channel was great. Caught several fish, even a stingray. We have already made plans to stay there again net year.

Peaceful and relaxing
Nice quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful. Seen a lot of birds we don’t see back home. The house was very clean and beautiful. Located on a corner lot of two canals, the fishing was great. Caught 10 different species. Highly recommend this property and will be a repeat customer.

Christmas Getaway
We made a trip to Florida for Christmas to visit our daughter. The house was perfect for our visit. The location was great for site seeing, getting to restaurants and close to the freeway. The view from the deck was our favorite part of the house.

This was probably our favorite place that we have stayed at while visiting family in SW Florida! The home had all the essentials and was very comfortable. Attention to detail was appreciated. The location was perfect! We truly look forward to returning. Thank you. !
