The location for being off the beach was very good. Within walking distance to most of Manzanita, and just a few short blocks from the beach. The WiFi was plenty strong enough and allowed for streaming television without interruption. There was plenty of bedding and towels, and the bathrooms and showers were very good.

There was really nothing about the house that I didn't like. Having rented at the beach previously, this house met or exceeded any expectations we might have had.

It was a little spendy for the location

Rooms were good, however after three nights there was a strong odor in the room with the twin beds, We checked the room and garage and could not locate the source, smelled like dead animal. We closed off the room and did not use it the remainder of our stay. Also the garage can was nearly full when we river Nd was never emptied.Called the office, but no response....that needs improvement
