We loved our time here. Beautiful house, beautiful views. Lots of space to gather together. Only one thing to note- there is a steep driveway and this should be made a little more clear. People with walking issues would have a tough time with it. But we loved it and would definitely book this place again.

The six of us had a very comfortable stay at Mac's Place! It was clean, perfectly located and has a big deck with a glorious view! Just as advertised. The kids had fun playing ping pong and especially liked the putt putt course!
Twice we had to restart the Wifi and we had only one dish washer pad per day (seems a little numbered for a big house like this)... but these are minor issues.
We very much enjoyed our stay here and would come again any time!

By the photos, obviously it’s a pretty home, but unfortunately these days you never know what you’re going to get! This home smelled nice when you walked in, nothing was dingy or looked used and everything was clean. There was also a cute new couch that’s not shown in the photos. The natural light was great and you can’t beat the view. It’s less than a 5 min walk to downtown Manson. I look forward to staying here again!

Awesome view
House was nice and clean. Very spacious, cozy and comfy. Ping pong table came in handy, also the corn hole game and found golf club and balls inside corn hole , to use on the little golf section that wasn’t mentioned. That was a surprise!! Everyone loved and enjoyed it. Most definitely would book this place again!! Did I mention the view was awesome!!

A home with a gorgeous view
The home is very cozy and has enough room for 2 or 3 families. With snow covering all around lake Chelan, the view from this home is so beautiful. The home has the full view of the lake from sun rise to sun set. With snow on the ground, we had a private sledding fun on the drive way all the way to the road (be sure to place an adult at the end of the drive way so he/she can watch out for vehicles or catch kids who are coming down fast :) Would love to go there again in the summer.

We had a great time and staying here was great! It was very clean and comfortable. Nice to be together with a place to eat and drink in peace. The view was good.

The home was extremely well kept and comfortable with a spectacular view. It is not for someone who has difficulty with stairs.

Gorgeous view
Mac’s Place is a perfect location—it has a stellar view of Lake Chelan and is very convenient to Manson’s Main Street and waterfront. We spent almost all of our time there on the beautiful deck. The house is clean and well stocked and could easily accommodate a big group. It could use some updating in a few spots — and the ceiling fan in the living room needs a deep clean — but all in all we had a wonderful time and have no complaints.

Close to town with gorgeous lake views.
This house is an easy walk to downtown Manson restaurants and the public lake swimming/park area , yet still high enough to have a magnificent lake and mountain view. The house is clean and modern , with plenty of living space on 3 levels , and would be 5 stars for sure if the steep gravel road to the driveway was paved.

Good but not perfect
The home is well organized with plenty of amenities available. Overall, the house is nice and comfortable for a family gathering. Regarding the maintenance of the property, we ran into some issues with empty propane tank upon arrival, freezer unable to keep items frozen, HVAC would not provide cool air leaving the house at a constant 90-93 degrees even at 11pm at night.. Most of us ended up bunking down in the basement for cooler air or hanging outdoors past midnight to cool off.

View, spacious and dust.
Great view they have all appliances needed for your trip and more. Spacious house with a lot of sleeping options.
Much needed cleaning to remove spiderwebs and dust off the ceilings, windows, top of cupboards and fan. If you have allergies you will suffer, air ducts need to be cleaned. Hair in the beds when we checked in. Driveway is steep.

Great views, nice place for a group of friends
Pretty much exactly as pictured. Only reason it’s not getting a 5 star is because there were a few parts that looked like they needed an update- the disposal stopped working halfway through, the wooden board on the siding of the kitchen island was coming off, and the tiles in the bathroom were a bit loose. All things pretty easily ignored, though. 10 min walk to Manson Bay park and water access, and loved the “party” basement. Would stay here again!

Beautiful view! Clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. Kitchen had all the basics. Quiet neighborhood. Accommodated 5 ladies away for a weekend. Concerns: steep gravel driveway. It was hard to walk up and down with potential for slipping and falling. Master Bath has no shower door, so water would run out even with towels laid down to absorb. Maybe a concern for the floors later.

Nice place, but tricky dealing with the snow. Unplowed steep driveway. Strange bathrooms- a shower in a closet, a short and open rain shower in the master, and teeny main bathroom. Sleeps 10 but dishes for 8. Fireplace didn't work. Management company was very responsive with lack of hot water and t.v. issues.

My friends and I wanted to get away from the normal hustle and bustle of life and decided Chelan or Manson would be the perfect place! We decided on Manson and found this gem of a home through Sage Vacation Rentals. I did the booking and had the pleasure of working with Kelsey. She was professional, helpful and very prompt to respond to each of my inquires. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in regards to booking and follow up leading up to the trip. We loved the house location! It was walking distance to everything we did in Manson. Which included wine tasting, dining and even a pontoon rental! It was so nice to know we could park our car for the weekend and walk to so much. The house itself was beautiful! It was stocked with everything we could have needed and then some! It has a beautiful view of the lake, can sleep a large group, has a great feel/flow and even a game room! We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend the house to anyone interested.

Mac's Place was perfect for our group of 8 friends just wanting a weekend away! Gorgeous views from the deck, very spacious, a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed for cooking and grilling, and an quick walk down to the beach! The only change I would request was having a lighter set of dishes for dining outside. Check-in and out was easy and efficient!

Good location, good price, well equipped. We were first renters for summer season. Home was not cleaned to standard. Trash compactor was inoperable along with hot water heater which simply needed the breaker flipped. Outdoor furniture not postured as pictured. We had to set it up. It is actually a 3 bedroom with a bunkroom downstairs not a 4 bedroom as advertised. The property didn't have the street side trash cans available as advertised for check out cleaning. Sage rentals very responsive for all issues.
