Lovely location. Good amount of space. Well equipped kitchen in terms of white goods (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker), but short on mugs and similar. Host was very quick to respond to any questions.

It's fairly tatty, although clean. A few more mugs, repeats of cutlery, et cetera, would be nice without costing the owner much. I thought the property was overall quite expensive for what it was. Perhaps that was why it was still available when I booked quite late.

The location was ideal. We were able to walk to Snowden rather than diving before our walk up it. The facilities were spot on.

The only negative was the soft mattresses, but that's because we are all use to very hard mattresses. But the property didn't disappoint. Though you might want to look at the key lock safe it's a bit temperamental

Location is near to all main attractions. Time saving.

Shower in the bathroom has less force of water. Water gets cold if force rises.

in need of a bit of a facelift, but clean and tidy with everything needed for a short stay in Llanberis

Location was excellent. The property was easy to find and in walking distance to the village. Lovely and clean.

The shower head needed replacing and it was difficult to navigate from getting in and out of the shower due to not enough room with the shower door and toilet so close to the bath. The pillows were not comfortable to sleep on and the guilts could have been bigger.

We loved: * The location - short walk to high street, start of the trail to Snowdon, waterfall, church and lake. * Free parking * Good communication with host throughout. Originally the booking was accidentally put through as 2 people. Although this was updated, we only received 2 towels. A quick text and someone was over to provide extra towels and toilet rolls.

The toilet seat really needs to be removed/changed. It constantly falls on your back as your doing your business. This has been reported. The decent thing would be to change/remove as this has been mentioned in previous reviews. Mattress toppers might be a nice touch to avoid buying new mattresses. Not that comfy. Bunk bed was a bit squeaky when someone on the top bunk moved.

Well-equipped house including washing machine and tumble drier. Good size rooms. Highly recommended

At night heating was too weak, we couldn't get more like 17 degrees - in January.

Warm and comfortable. Everything you could want in a holiday let. Well equipped kitchen, including washing machine. Ideally positioned for walking into the village and close enough to walk direct to Mt. Snowdon.

It was a clean and nice house. I found it very comfortable.It had everything we needed. I will definitely recommend. It was good value for money.

Great location, specious house, well equipped good value for money, very clean. I had a few questions before we can and Dan was very responsive and helpful.

Would have been nice to find a guide how to turn on the heating and how to program it . We came and it was cold in the house, had to call Dan the host who explained how to turn it on. However, it turned itself off on the middle of the night and we woke up to a cold morning.. so knowing how to program it, would have nice. Beds were not very comfortable, and I wouldnt recommend the place if you have toddlers, there is a very low rail on the top floor where the bedrooms are and a very steep and nasty fall down the stairs for a toddler. Also not suitable for someone with mobility issues. Wifi connection not very good. But all in all, a very good experience.

Location was great for us as we were only there to climb Snowdon.

I think the house could do with an update, the sofas and bed were not very comfortable

the location was perfect for us and the property was comfortable. as two ladies alone, we felt safe there.

The sofa bed could have been provided with a cover sheet, and a dressing mirror would be very helpful, otherwise everything was perfect and exceeded expectation. Walking distance to all attractions.

Great location in the heart of mountains, very quiet. Clean upgraded kitchen and bathroom.

A little smell of damp on arrival but no drama, no second loo so had a bit fight in the morning..and prepare for narrow roads!

Nothing to complain about

The house is spacious enough to repack our large luggage! Comfortable beds. WIFI Internet was fast and stable.

Water pressure from the shower is a bit low, needed to take a slightly longer shower.

Nice location. Quiet area. Bedding in room with bunk beds didn’t spell that fresh, but other than that a clean and pleasant cottage and would happily stay again!

Table and chairs in garden. A thicker blind in lounge for the evening and early in the morning as one guest used the sofa bed.
