The Village Bungalow is a spacious second story one plus bedroom flat.
Le Bungalow Village est un appartement spacieux d'une chambre à coucher au deuxième étage avec vue sur l'océan et le village. La maison est ouverte et lumineuse avec de nombreuses grandes fenêtres. La chambre principale a un lit queen et un lit double. Le lit de taille normale est dans un coin sur le côté de la chambre principale, avec des portes de grange pour fermer l'espace. Le troisième lit est un lit queen, il est dans un coin du salon, il a également des portes de grange pour plus d'intimité. L'emplacement est proche des magasins, des épiceries et des restaurants. si vous avez oublié quelque chose, l'épicerie est à 2 minutes à pied. L'appartement est au-dessus d'un solon de cheveux et d'un atelier de photocopie. L'espace vient d'être rénové avec de beaux planchers de bois franc et une nouvelle salle de bain rustique dans la chambre principale.

We travel to Mendocino for the 4th for the last 42 years. We loved the Village Bungalow. It was conveniently located, plenty of room for the four of us. Clean and comfortable. I recommend stay here!

The bungalow was wonderful! It is decorated beautifully, outfitted with all you need and its location is central to all the great hikes, historic sites and beautiful coastline we wanted to visit and see.

Can’t rave enough about this property! Spacious, open, full of light, well appointed, great location to walk to restaurants and shops. The single bathroom is accessible only through the master bedroom. That was not a problem for our group. I would stay here again without hesitation!

This was our third time staying at the Village Bungalow and had another great stay! The spacious living room and huge sectional allowed all 5 of us to hang out together and play board games, we made dinner in the kitchen each night and slept great in the comfortable beds. Super clean with many thoughtful touches!

The shower is particularly luxurious, and having plenty of hooks to hang up clothes and towels was so appreciated (most rentals don't have enough hooks). Marggie the host was great with communication and the check-in/out process was super smooth. Wonderful property!

We’ve tried other places in the village, but keep coming back to this location. Great spot, all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay, suits our family of 4 just fine, and wonderful host.

This place is terrific for kids! My 6yr old and 2 yr old loved the secret kids rooms and the chair swing. We appreciated that there was a baby gate for the stairs and the fireplace heaters were safe for the kids to be around. The location is perfect for exploring town and the market is just down the street. We would highly recommend for families visiting the area!

PS We had a bit of difficulty locking the door when we went out (and that's the only reason I gave four rather than five stars for the check in process), but Marggie was terrific and called right away to let me know how to lock up!

This home is so much better than the pictures show! Well equipped kitchen, amazing bathroom, and the bed was comfortable as well. Would love to stay there again. Plus everything was right there to do. Restaurants, shops, and great hiking within steps. Hopefully we will be back one day!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The location was great. It was walking distance to the village and grocery store as well as central to the state parks for hiking. The loft was very clean and comfortable. The beds & shower were amazing. It had everything we needed for our stay.

This was our very first VRBO experience and it could not have been better. The owner was so kind and very responsive. The bungalow is adorable and cozy and perfectly located. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our kids didn’t play with a single thing they brought as they found toys and games galore. We loved being able to walk to the market and the other shops and restaurants downtown. It was only a five minute drive to a gorgeous beach where we spent all our days. This was our kids first trip to the coast, but we know this will now be an annual trip. Can’t wait to stay at the bungalow again.
