no bath towel bed not comfortable was told i could have morning tea. no milk ,curtians did not fit windows letting i light.my room looked out onto the garden witch resembled a builders yard, weeds very high and everywhere,more like a jungle,

Found it a bit hard was waiting in the car for about 30 minutes before I got my room.

There was no tv in the room.

There was a good lock on the front door

No tv! No towels, very basic, just a bed a shower & a noisy fridge. Very light bedroom all night too, very hard to sleep

Friendly helpful staff. Location.

Double booked. The other booking via AirBnB was for 2 nights. Mine was for 3 so landlord cancelled the other person. Room was poorly furnished. No hangers in the cupboard. No chair or table. No TV. Got hot water from sink tap but not from the shower. The only way to get fresh air was to have door open to the garden. The room looked in bad state of repair.

aesthetics - seediness - carpets were crudely fitted.. large double glazed window faced busy road - soundproofing did not exist,, could hear everyone talking on their phone in russian.

Room was advertised as an apartment with facilities, when in fact it is a bedroom in a bungalow which is lived in and attended to by a lady, this was found after I called to ask how to obtain keys, the man was rude when I asked why he had advertised it as an apartment yet it was actually a small bedroom inside of a bungalow and he just said well you have the option to cancel and hung up on me. When realising this a refund was requested 30 minuted after making the booking and was not responded to. All information of this was given to booking.com who have since asked for a refund on my behalf. STAY CLEAR. STAY SAFE.
