Na pokoji byl trezor, klimatizace. Postele celkem pohodlné. Ve skříni balení vod, víno a ovoce na přivítanou. Za tímto hotelem se dá najít klidový bazén. Během našeho pobytu jsme neměli problém najít na pláži volné lehátko. Hodně lidí bylo u bazénu. Na barech byl celkem velký výběr drinků. Plážové osušky bez zálohy v části wellness Lindos Imperial. Lze měnit 1x za 2 dny.

Ubytování 5* určitě neodpovídá, Hodně věcí na pokoji rozbitých, Není zde výtah. Švábi na chodbě. Síťka na balkon by se také hodila. Jídlo normální. Při vstupu do moře velké oblázky.

the room was really tired. water stains on ceilings, unfinished edges in bathroom, cracked glass balcony, flies in the bathroom, then we suffered a leak from upstairs into our room which blew the electrics

The Breeze hotel being able to use the Imperial hotel was excellent. Food was very good with choices of specialty restaurants gave great choice. Bars and swimming pools were very good. Isolated but extremely good bus service made for a great holiday

Lots of choice of pools, bars, restaurants. The restaurant food is fabulous - so much choice. The beds were very comfortable. My husband was surprised with a birthday cake and bottle of fizz and beautifully decorated bed in the room - a great touch. The lady on the early reception was a lovely smiley friendly lady. The bar staff Dimitris at the beach bar, Gerasimos at the pool bar near the beach, Alex at the main hotel bar and Camelia at the Breeze pool bar were exceptional staff - they all made our stay amazing. Camelia was the most exceptional, who went over and beyond her role and came over to us at the pool with special surprise treats of cake, biscuits and specially prepared drinks with a beautiful smile - she is one in a million!

The cleanliness wasn't what I expected from a 5 star hotel. Being shown to our room by the male reception staff, there was a dirty cup on the stairs, which remained there until later in the day when I took it to the reception. Our shower had someone else's hair inside the cubicle. The balcony glass was bottom half cleaned. General cleanliness around the hotel wasn't what I'd expect. For a 5 star hotel, I would have expected it to be immaculate. However, I understand the island is suffering from staff shortages, so this could be the issue.

In the last day start fire next to the hotel and I asked the staff in the hotel what to do and no one ddint know what to do so I left the hotel before the fire came close and I lost the money for this night. Can some one contact me?

Very clean hotel, quiet, remote location which allows for a relaxing vacation. The hotel has everything, you don't have to look for anything around.

Unfortunately only after a few hours of waiting for the room, it should be noted that I arrived at the hotel around 11. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.
