Living room with terrace why I chose propert
Advertised with two bathrooms but only one and host Cocoonr totally lied about the issue

It was very modern and great location. Loved the balcony too.
The air conditioning wasn’t very cold, normally ok, but with the heat this week it would have been nice

Apartment is new, all appliances are new and the bathrooms are clean and new. WiFi is pretty good. Very close to market
Noisy

Location we were able to walk to all attractions
Arriving from nearby street was quite frightening in the area - bag theft and police chase on arrival - tourist book stated not to walk in our area after 7pm - a bit off putting
Only 1 set of towels for 10 day stay - dryer did not work or we couldn’t get it to work

The hall was decently spacious and the apartment was clean with the basic amenities like towel and toilet paper provided.
The listing was quite misleading. It said the apartment had air-conditioning but what they did not mention that there is only ONE air conditioner in the hall. None of the other rooms have air conditioning so if you are going in the summer it is unbearable. Secondly, it mentioned that there were 2 bathrooms- this meant there is one room with a shower and sink and one room with a WC. There are NOT 2 fully functioning bathrooms. Also, we were 4 adults and were given only one set of keys which was very inconvenient, the host who checked us in, said there was supposed to be 2 sets of keys but one set was LOST.

very spacious apartment with beautiful original features in an excellent location
quite noisy in front bedroom from street cleaning and late night celebrations but we soon got used to this.

The location next to le marche du Capucins! The apartment outdoor area was very relaxing for morning coffee and afternoon drinks.
Nothing to report....great experience all round!

Clean, nice furniture, very good customsr service. I loved having a good number of coffee capsules and tea to welcome us.
The area is very cool with the market but at night some streets from or to the center made me a bit uncomfortable.

The host was easy to communicate with by text and met us on time at the apartment (the Deluxe Apartment with the 2 beds) for our arrival. My adult son and I loved the apartment - it was perfect for us! Two separate bedrooms with comfy double beds and separate toilet room from the shower room. Everything was super clean. The apartment has lots of sunlight especially due to the two patio doors out to the large balcony overlooking the square. The apartment also has a large, open feel and is very quiet at night, even though there is a restaurant below (delicious, by the way) we never heard any restaurant noise. The apartment is three stories up (no elevator) so maybe that's why it's so quiet. Finally, being in the same square as the town market is a huge bonus: grab fresh croissants every morning and pastries every afternoon.
Other reviews have mentioned it, and it's true that at night the area around the Marché gets a little seedy (mostly groups of youths), BUT this area can be completely avoided by entering the square from the other side, which is where you will normally be coming from (city center) anyway. Don't pass on this apartment because of this minor detail. Also note that the listing for the Deluxe Apartment states that there is a tumble dryer. There is not. There was no drying rack either.

I was met by an employee who provided directions and keys and was very helpful. The apartment is fairly large, and could easily accommodate two couples or individuals. There is a covered market across the street in the mornings, and a lot of restaurants, patisseries etc in the neighborhood.
The description did not mention that there were 3 flights of narrow stairs. This was not a problem for me, but could be for others. As a single woman, I don't know that I'd feel safe walking in the neighborhood at night. Several pieces of furniture were stained and in need of a good cleaning.

Lovely apartment in Bordeaux. Location was good near the market and near restaurants. Balcony was a bonus .
The pillows needed upgrading

We were met by Benjamin who was extremely helpful by explaining the apartments and assisting me with additional questions later during our stay. The location near the market and the square by Saint Michel was great for restaurants. We booked two apartments for four couples and found them to be spacious and comfortable.
Surprised to discover there were no proper wine glasses considering how famous the area is for its wines.
Minor issues such as no bread knife, broken cork screw.
The air con unit in Les Halles was not working to full strength making the apartment uncomfortable especially for sleeping. Possibly just a maintenance issue and easily resolved.
It would be helpful to have hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels for drying.

Location excellent near market and nice restaurants
On arrival 25th July we were handed the keys by Helene who showed us around.
Air conditioning unit leaking water and not working properly and we were told not to use it and that it would not be attended to until Friday 29th the day we departed! There was obvious water damage to wooden floor skirting boards and kitchen stools so this was definitely an on- going problem.
The apartment was not cleaned properly, however this got sorted on 27th. The Living Room furniture was dirty and badly stained with crisps etc down the side of seats.
Rear windows bedroom and bathroom could do with safety rails to prevent falls!
Also there are 3 flights of stairs 50+steps this should be noted as some visitors may not be able to manage the climb.

nice flair and good layout of the apartment. nice outside space
AC was not efficient with one small unit in the living room. Apartment was way too hot and could it alles well. also very noisy do to busy street and construction activity. location was a mixed bag. nice to be close to some action and the market but not the best part of town

Loved the location and the balcony and being near the Marche. It was also very near the University and some terrific restaurants. We appreciated the use of a kitchen and laundry washing machine.
The sofas were uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have pods for the Nespresso, laundry soap, and paper towels available for guests, but fortunately there was a store nearby.

The host was very nice and met us on the street and also helped with our luggage. The space was large and open! The best benefit, of course, was the stunning view on the patio. Just watch your head on the doors going in and out! The bedrooms were nice and spacious (keep in mind one has no window to the outside but a skylight). The ac units were only working in the bedrooms, not for the main apartment. 1 toilet with no sink and 1 shower with sink and vanity. Very nice to have a kitchen, full-sized fridge, and washing machine. Small market across the street and a couple of restaurants just below the apartment. It was a great location and we enjoyed the stay.
Remember that you’re in Europe and lifts aren’t always available. We were on the top floor and knew there would be stairs but there were a few more than I imagined! It was not quite as clean as I had hoped, but not filthy by any means. Keep in mind you're asked not just to run the dishwasher, but to put away all of the clean dishes before you check out in order to avoid a fee. You also need to take out the trash. Just give yourself ample time for the dishes to run. And finally, this is an apartment and not a hotel, but you don't have the ability to leave your luggage if you have time to kill between check out and actually departing. We paid for a service called nannybag and dropped the bags at a store nearby for an hourly fee. It would have been great to be able to leave them at the apartment even while it is being cleaned as long as they're packed up and out of the way.
