The location of the property was good. It was close to the shops and also Antisamos was 5 minutes’ drive. The sea view from the balcony was very nice. The bed was quite comfortable.

The facility was very basic. Kitchen was a little dated. The walls were thin, so we could hear all the noises from next door and upstairs, which disturbed our sleep. There was no hot water in the morning for morning shower though we had hot water in the evening.

Location and clean property.

Small bathroom, with a very small shower without a door or even glass wall. Garbage was not picked up the 3 days that we were there - we were not told if we had to do it and, if so, where to drop garbage off. Ample toilet paper but additional refuse bags were not provided.

The room was amazing. beautiful views, clean, close to the center, and last but not least, the owner was so lovely!!!

The building was in a quiet area a short walk from the busy waterside. Parking was adjacent to the room. We arrived earlier than anticipated and George was able to give us the room much earlier than arranged and this was appreciated.

The accommodation (named 'Sky') was rather smaller than anticipated. Having booked a studio apartment with sea view and balcony, I was surprised that it did not have a balcony or sea view but outside the door was a large public courtyard from which the sea and the ferry could be seen. Chairs and a large umbrella were available and no other guests used the area while we were there so it seemed much less public. We were able to take breakfast there as the kitchen was quite cramped. The kitchen cutlery was a random mixture and there was no spatula for fried eggs and similar. The bathroom did not have a functioning sink plug and there was only a single light bulb to shave by, the other bulb was inoperative. We would have mentioned it but we did not see any staff member again after arrival.

Very good place, near Sami harbour, shops, cafe. Nice view from the terrace.

The apartments are located really good! A 5-10 minute walk to the port, where you find everything: restaurants, supermarkets, cafes. A small and beautiful beach is located just 3 min away by foot. Regular cleaning and fresh towels. The host is really nice and tries to help where he can, he even left us a cute surprise before leaving.

In our apartment “Sky” the rather old fridge is really loud when the generator is on, which made it a bit hard at night. Also all in all you can hear your neighbours in the other apartments from time to time, if you’re sensitive to noise maybe keep that in mind.

Perfect location close to the port and beach, a bit off the beaten track so it was quiet. The host was very nice and helpful. We were greeted with a bottle of Roboli and we got great souvenirs as a goodbye. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was great. Prince apartment was a great choice. I recommend it with all my heart.

Lovely location, great water views. Close to restaurants and a beautiful beach. Close to the port. Nice host who left a bottle of wine and fridge magnet and card for us. They have an excellent pie shop in town - Fatto a Mano which serves great coffee and sweets.

Great Location, beautiful view, clean, comfortable. there was also water and wine in the bedroom.

bathroom shower hose is placed low, you have to grab it with one hand to shower and there is not bathroom curtain so water spills.

The studio is quite roomy and well maintained and the bedroom is very spacious and cosy - the house features a spacious patio and is very conveniently located, only a few steps away from the beach. We had a lovely stay with George who has been a great host - we strongly recommend it to anyone looking for relaxing holidays with an home-feeling atmosphere.

location was very good. Host was friendly, gave us lovely food. Good room space, it was nicr to have a TV.

Nothing much to complain about! Maybe it would be nice to have tea/coffe provided, but not detrimental to our stay.

The owner spoke very little english so it was a little bit difficult to communicate with him in person.

Location was perfect, shops, restaurants, cafes in walking distance, walking trail to Sami Akropolis starts just around the corner, beautiful Antisamos beach 5min drive away. Peaceful environment.

A little bit worn, but still charming. No cleaning every day.

Nothing everything was perfect as expected

we stayed in Sky studio, although the apartment was small it had everything we needed and the terrace was huge, private, and with full sun and shade.

5 minutes from center with supermarket (Spar), minimarkets, bakery and the port with tavernas, coffee houses and restaurants directly on the water line. Studio ist comfortable and seems pretty new. Nice large terrasse with view to the sea. Owners are a friendly elder greek couple living next to the studio.
