Chuveiro funcionou bem, mas alagou o banheiro.
Janelas não fecham, barulho externo e interno dos próprios atendentes. Cortinas não bloqueiam luz. A localização é super difícil pois as ruas estão bloqueadas.
A garagem estava obstruida com lixo e bagunça.
Sujeira. A cozinha comum estava imunda, cheia de comida mofada e lixo, nunca vi igual. A noite chegaram hóspedes drogados e a recepção nada fez, ainda os defendeu. Me parece ser algo comum a este estabelecimento. Ou seja, não recomendo!!! Há opções melhores por baixo custo na cidade.

Nada, fue horrible lugar, nos toco esperar un montón de tiempo para ingresar ya que solo tiene una señora que hace todo limpieza y recepción.
El precio no justifica la habitación muy pequeña sin luz, solo nos dieron 1 toalla y un poco de papel higiénico, mala ubicación lejos de la ciudad y no había lugares comerciales ni restaurante para comer cerca. La señora de la recepción nos cobro 40 soles de mas al precio mencionado en booking, la señora de recepción muy entrometida en la vida ajena como si fuera familiar de nosotras, muy confianzuda. La zona muy desolada e insegura.

A pesar de estar relativamente bien ubicado, cerca a la Huacachina, el acceso es complicado por las tranqueras que hay en toda esa zona.

It was cheap and close to Huacachina, basic room, fair rate on booking, organized a taxi.
They charge you much more money through their conversion rate. It’s very bad and they don’t accept the dollars you’ve booked for, only SOL and those will be significantly more than the actual rate. The explanation was „aqui es asi“ (here it’s like that). No explanation, nor any way to argue, you pay more than it’s given on booking, just so you know. Bad service.
We needed to leave our keys with them, also no argue, no choice. Aqui es asi. Didn’t feel very safe.

Typical Peruvian budget accommodation regarding insulation..
Hard bed. Big noise at 11.30 pm downstairs ?Metal doors rumbling? Room began to stink in evening lile from the gutter. Make sure they charge you the right price and don't overcharge you!
There is nothing around. The restaurants Google maps shows don't exist. You have to walk 15min on the busy road to the big road which connects you to huacacina to find food options

There was no hot water during our stay and the lady tried her best to help us with the situation.
The man in the reception was not very helpful or friendly. But not having hot water was the main problem. Even though it might be a temporary situation, but not being able to shower probably after being in the desert with our body full of sand was very inconvenient and unacceptable.

toilet smelled really bad and wasn’t clean but what can I say we payed 9$ for 2 people so
the deal is very good! can definitely recommend if you are not looking for a luxury stay.

The host was really kind to us. We can leave our backpacks there until evening and stay there in the reception area until our night bus came. They gave us entrance to their kitchen for making breakfast. We was only 5 minutes away from Huacachina with Mototaxi
It wasn't that clean and you can hear everything. Hard to sleep well when the room near by you is so loud

We liked the stay very much, the lady was really nice and the location is 30min walking to the desert of Huacachina and to the city center of Ica.
In the description was said that there is kitchen with basic equipment but we couldn't use it, only the water boiler was allowed to be used.
