Il s'agit d'une maison de style colonial de 2 étages avec 1 648 pieds carrés de surface habitable. Il y a 3 chambres (toutes au deuxième étage) et 2. 5 salles de bains (2 salles de bain complètes au deuxième étage, demi-bain au rez-de-chaussée). La chambre principale a un lit king et salle de bain complète. Des deux chambres restantes, une a un lit king et l'autre un lit queen. Sur demande, des dispositions peuvent être prises pour 2 occupants supplémentaires au rez-de-chaussée. Le chalet est en retrait de Oak Point Road (Rte. 230) environ 100 pieds et plus et offre une belle cour de niveau (idéal pour les enfants). We had a wonderful week staying in Trenton. The house was close to everything we wanted to visit. My family of 6 adults felt very comfortable in the house. The beds were comfortable, the house was exceptionally clean and well stocked and communicating with June was great. Overall, this is an excellent home base to visit Acadia and Bar Harbor.

We had a great weeklong stay here with our two kids. The house is spacious, kitchen has everything you need (and more!) and the location is convenient to Ellsworth and MDI. June is a terrific host and very responsive. Would highly recommend!

What a fantastic trip !!! The cottage is in a perfect location and June is a perfect host who provides everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable with every amenity you could want. We commented on how clean it was as soon as we arrived. It felt cozy just like home 💗

The property was perfect for our family. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. There was plenty of room and it was very comfortable. Having the room on the lower level gave my husband and me privacy and quiet away from our children and grandchildren on the top floor, and as early risers, we did not disturb them. It was conveniently located to the grocery store and restaurants in Trenton, and not too far from Acadia. We would definitely stay again when vacationing in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very well appointed with all the cooking, bedding, bathroom items anyone could ask for. We appreciated how clean everything was and how the kitchen was very well laid out for preparing meals. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Great location near Acadia and lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend.

The house met all our needs. It was fully stocked and beds were very comfortable. It took a bit of time to figure out the televisions so some written instructions by each one would be helpful. Wi-Fi worked well. We enjoyed playing games every evening with the provided games. The kitchen is stocked well with dishes and cookware and all the appliances worked. June was very responsive and a pleasure to worked with. I would recommend this rental.

The house was very clean and beautifully kept. June was very accommodating and addressed any issuesm there was a power outage in the county when we arrived. She called me to trouble shoot and figure out what was going on. She also provided a gift for our stay! The beds were so comfortable! The location is close to everything! Definitely would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Oak Point Cottage in Trenton. Just a short drive to Bar Harbor & Acadia National Park. Homeowner was the most communicative of all short term rental homes we’ve ever stayed in! Left us a Maine inspired goodie bag we thoroughly enjoyed. Beds super comfy & house was very clean on arrival. Perfect home for 6 adults & a baby.

My family - 6 adults and one 11 month old - stayed in this home for a week while we explored Bar Harbor and Acadia. The house is so nice and the location is great! It’s secluded and private and just a short drive to our destination each day. The Sugar Bakery has great coffee and pastries and is right around the corner! The house itself was loaded with amenities - anything you could want in the kitchen, all top quality appliances, more than enough linens, all the household and bathroom supplies we needed, an extensive DVD collection, working wi-fi, and comfy beds with A/C in each room. The screened in veranda out back was so nice!! And the hostess, June, was very sweet and always responsive. She left us such a generous gift bag full of goodies to enjoy! I can tell she loves her home in Maine and I can’t say enough about how nice it is!

This comfortable and clean home gave my family a wonderful first experience with Maine. Close to shopping and other attractions. Offerings of a quiet yard and gazebo, gave us plenty of amazing family time and wildlife sightings like deer, turkey, birds and gopher. Relaxing and fun!

This was a great location away from the busyness of Bar Harbor. The house was stocked with everything we needed and then some. There was plenty of space. The host was able to help us out quickly when we locked the keys inside the house. We would definitely come and stay here again.

Perfect stay for Acadia and Bar Harbor vacation
This house is beautiful - equipped with every single thing we needed, beautiful furniture/decor, high quality everything -cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. and so clean. Beautiful yard and screened in gazebo to relax in. The location was great. 30 minutes to the park. Homeowner was quick to respond to any questions we had and helpful with information about the town and surrounding areas. I highly recommend this property!

We were blown away by how accurate this listing was. Very lovely house.
Sparkling clean, wonderfully comfortable beds and nice big towels.
The kitchen was stocked so well we actually left some of our own things in the car. If you forgot something they probably got you covered. The cooking supplies are better than I have in my own kitchen. Such a pleasure to cook when you have everything you could possibly need.
Nice gazebo in the yard. My granddaughter and I played games there and ate breakfast one morning. All screened in, ceiling light and comfortable funiture.
20 minutes to Bar Harbor. 15 mins to Cadillac Mountain. Sea food restaurant 3 minutes and two more within 5 minutes.
A vacation home doesn’t get any better than this one.
We were in good hands with June, the sweet lady that manages this home. She knows what she’s doing and kept in contact with us until we were in the door. Everything is so perfect we never even had to call her after that.

A warm hug
Along with everyone else’s reviews, the cottage was nothing short of perfection! June was amazing! From communicating, giving advice, and questions while on property, June was quick and AWAYS pleasant with her responses! Exploring Bar Harbor and surrounding areas, coming home to the cottage felt like a warm hug! Beds are comfy, sheets feel luxurious, furniture in the home is comfortable to sit on and relax after an active day hiking, and the kitchen was stocked and perfect for standing around the island catching up with your guests! There’s A/C if you’re warm and nest gas heat if your cold! You’re nestled in trees with privacy but just a short drive to town! I cannot rave enough about the property, June, and the location! The only negative I have is that the pictures don’t do the inside justice! The bathrooms are all good sized, bedrooms all good sized, kitchen and dining area large, and the couch and recliners are super comfy! The colors of the home are warm and inviting! We will be back for sure!

Truly, a home away from home
This home away from home is one of the BEST rentals our family has ever stayed at. The home has everything needed to provide the comforts of home and more. The little gestures left to help start your time away is a very nice touch.
The welcoming bag is a wonderful way to introduce some local products, and the variety included, covered everyone in our family. We truly enjoyed the gazebo to play games, sit and read and keep eyes open for possible wildlife in the area.
Proximity to the National Park, and town of Ellsworth is just a short drive. We made so many memories within one week that we will carry with us forever. Thank You!

Perfect home base for our Acadia Adventures
My wife and I celebrated our babymoon just before Memorial Day. We were eager to escape the summer DC heat, hence our decision to travel to Maine and Acadia. The house was beautiful and admittedly a bit more house than we needed. Everything was clean and the amenities (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms) were perfect for us. We enjoyed the owners generous hospitality. All in all, a wonderful location for a wonderful time!

Great Home Base
We were up in the 2nd week of Oct. for leaf peeping. The home was the perfect base for going out and exploring the area. Close enough to Bar Harbor for great seafood and shopping for the ladies but out in the country enough to be away and relax. June was great to work with and the welcome package was a nice touch. I would definitely use this property again if we go back to Maine!

Warm, comfortable home with great kitchen!
We had a wonderful stay at June's immaculate home. We were two couples and we each had a bedroom with a comfy king bed. There is a third bedroom upstairs that we didn't use. It was an easy 15 minute or so drive to Acadia National Park. We came home early each evening to spend quality time together and enjoy the house. The thing that stands out the most is the kitchen - equipped with really nice appliances (I now want a new refrigerator!), it is loaded with anything you might need. I appreciated all the staples that were available for use - not to mention the delicious Maine treats June left us in a gift bag. Didn't use the gazebo much but it sure looked nice. June was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

June's cottage was amazing! Super clean, open spaces. The kitchen is well equipped with tons of amenities. The beds were super comfortable and, it has 3 full baths (I think it was listed as 2-1/2 baths). June was very accomodating and the welcome gifts were wonderful! What a kind jester! We had a super week and would definitely return. The only thing I could suggest is brighter lighting in the dining room. We enjoyed the games she has available, but it was a little dark while playing them. That's it! Don't pass up this great home.

Terrific Trenton House
This beautiful house was perfect for our stay in Maine. Fully furnished with everything we needed including a lobster boil pot for our awesome lobster dinner! Furniture and beds were great, wifi worked well and located only a few minutes from Bar Harbor and Acadia. June was an excellent host with easy check-in and out and some great gifts including a scrumptious blueberry pie! We loved our time here and can't wait to come back!

A wonderful location in Maine
A beautiful, comfortable home close to Bar Harbor and Acadia. It was comfortable for five adults. We loved the gazebo space and spent several late afternoons there. This home is fully equipped and more. We were welcomed with a generous gift basket of food and drink with a blueberry theme. Our hostess had provided good advice on where to eat as well.

Excellent communication with the host. June was super helpful and available. The house is comfy and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our trip. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The house was an excellent point of access for our adventures on Mount Desert Island. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to do our own laundry. We enjoyed getting fresh lobster from just down the street and having a feast back at the house. Highly recommended.
