Lovely quiet location very short walk to Dunsborough. Great that our little dog was welcome and with safe yard.

Location, comfort, hospitable and adequate sums up our experience at this treasured property. Hopefully next time we visit Dunsborough it will have availability.

Very comfortable accommodation, well equipped and a convenient location. Martina was very welcoming.

Even though we stayed for just 2 nights everything was as we hoped with this property. Clean, immaculate in details .really nicely finished in a European way. We look forward to returning for a longer stay.

We came down for a Triathlon and needed somewhere to stay close to town. Perfect accomodation, Martina’s lodge had all the amenities, clean, cosy and comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay again.

A garbage bag, a potato peeler and a sharp knife would have made this place a great place to stay. Not a lot to ask for i didn’t think.

The property is lovely and in a very good location.. it is so peaceful and quiet.. the dogs loved the courtyard. We really enjoyed our stay..

Our two night stay was without a doubt one of our very favourite parts of our holiday because it is clean, comfortable and spacious.

We are giving one star to "Check-in" and "Communication with Property Manager" because it will not let us rate it with NO STARS. The studio itself was nice and comfortable and close to everything, but due to receiving no communication whatsoever from the manager we did not receive any information as to where we could find or collect our keys, so when we arrived we spent 45 minutes sitting in a 38+ degree car trying to email the manager to get this information. Unfortunately the site required a code to be entered which code was suppose to be emailed to us but no email was received and the time ran out. In the end we found the keys to the Lodge. Then to top that off, we had moved our car closer to our entry to unload it and whilst settling in the people who rented the next door site, being the Studio, parked their car in our one bay car space. They then proceeded to pass by our windows constantly, as the pathway is only a couple of metres distance from the windows, initially to unload their car, but also going in and out, etc over the weekend. As the main area of the studio is the bedroom/living area we had no privacy whilst inside our accommodation (unless we closed the block-out type curtains in the room and sit in the dark) we had to have the neighbours peering in every time the walked past. The studio has a huge driveway with plenty of room to park half a dozen cars but instead they parked in our one bay parking area.

Lovely clean place lovely little sun trap garden 10 minutes walk to town. Would stay again host was very helpful.

We stayed for a few days while attending a wedding. The Lodge was spotless and the amenities were exactly what we needed. There were some great little extras such as chocolates and plenty of breakfast cereal. The Lodge is an easy 10 minute stroll to the town centre. The Lodge was ideal for our needs.

Great location, easy walk into town centre. Excellent room, loved the twin basins and twin showers in the bathroom. Martina was very welcoming and provided a great starter breakfast. We are planning to stay again.

Had a lovely stay at Monday lodge. It was clean, quiet and great location, away from the centre of town. Once we found all the paths it was an easy walk there and home each night ( with a torch!).

Loved our stay! Great little place, close to walking trails for the dog, the shops and main road to the beach!

We used Moondah as accommodation whilst down south for a wedding. It's well located, peaceful and quiet but close to town. So glad they allow dogs, we didnt end up needing to bring our dog down but it was nice to have the option. The double vanity is great for getting ready, bed is comfy and spacious & curtains block out light well if you want to sleep in. 😴 Martina was a great host and very accommodating even though she was going through washing machine woes. Thanks Martina!

Peaceful location

The Moondah lodge was perfect for our short trip to Dunsborough with our small dog. Martina was a wonderful host, was easy to communicate with and even had fresh milk and yoghurt in the fridge for us which was such a lovely touch. The lodge is in a great location, just walking distance to town. We were so grateful to be able to bring our small dog as it can be so hard to find locations down south that allow pets. The lodge had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be staying here again☺️

Great quiet retreat ,close to town ,awesome if you had an event or programme in Dunsborough .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moondah Lodge and are making plans to rebook soon. It was very clean, well equipped (with even more than we expected) especially the generous bath and hand towels, and decorated in a charming and welcoming style. The television and air-conditioner worked well . The garden view was most pretty and it was great to have the lovely enclosed and private courtyard to relax with our small dog. Parking was off the street and ample. The Moondah Lodge location was central with an easy seven minute walk into Dunsborough, and then beyond to the beach. Martina was a pleasure to deal with and yet not intrusive when we arrived. The complimentary food items, especially the fresh milk were very thoughtful and appreciated. We are looking forward to returning.

There's always some anxiety before staying in a new place, no need this time, the experience was great. Everything you could need was there, including things for breakfast, and probably more important a secure outside space for pets. We had a great time.

Nice clean rooms, with a gorgeous and private outdoor area and lovely, simple breakfast included. Our dog was welcome, which was great and it was safe and secure for her. The accommodation was secluded from other guests and main house, yet all under the main roof. Very well thought out.

A clean, small and homely stay, surrounded by a tranquil setting. Perfect for a couple with a dog, that are looking for a relaxing and quiet long weekend away.
