Cette charmante maison de 2 étages comprend une cuisine récemment rénovée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, du parquet, de nouvelles armoires et des comptoirs en granit. Location, location, location! Our new favorite place in Breck! Was everything advertised and more. Easy walk to gondola. Well furnished kitchen. Spacious rooms and a bathroom for everyone. And Daylight Donuts across the street! Brad was very responsive to our questions. Already looking to book for next year.

The house and location was even better than expected. We had a group with varied interests and everyone was happy. Skiers, shoppers, and wanderers could come and go with ease and the house and hot tub provided a comfortable gathering space for all at the end of the day. We’d love to return next year.

This was the best home and location for our family vacation. We have been coming to Breckenridge for several years and we will absolutely return to this home. The communication with the home owner was excellent. We didn't get in our vehicles the entire week.

House was exactly as described, right downtown and very close to the gondola. The house itself was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a Thanksgiving dinner with extended family. There were no photos of the downstairs so we were pleasantly surprised with the arrangement - perfect for multiple kids or a family staying with children.

This is a beautiful property! It is very well done! The pictures don’t do it justice. The location was perfect. We parked the car in the garage and did not need it again until we left for home. You couldn’t ask for a better location.

We have stayed at this lovely house for the last several years in the late summer/early fall. It is well maintained and in a perfect location for enjoying all Breckenridge has to offer. The owner is easy to communicate with and very accommodating! We will continue to come back!

Everything you want in and around this charming 3 story historical home. Beautifully updated with leathers and Ralph Lauren appeal, high end appliances, and convenience to every activity. Plus gardener's dream with luscious landscaping.

This property only had glowing reviews and not many pictures, which led the skeptic in me to get nervous it was a scam. It is not! This house was perfect for our 2 week summer stay. It is beautifully and practically decorated. The kitchen has literally everything you could need, including spices, olive oil, dish detergent, etc. the rooms are comfortable. Our kids had the basement bunk room and sitting area which they loved. Adults were upstairs away from the kids which we loved.
The landscaping is so beautiful every day people stopped to take pictures.
We will definitely be returning.

I’ve been coming to Breckenridge for 15 years now and this is the best property I’ve stayed at! Loved the location close to gondola and all our favorite places to eat and shop. The host, Brad, promptly responded to any questions I had. This place is fun to people watch and passers by often commented on the lovely home. The bottom floor was perfect for my son, his wife, and 3 and 6 year old children. The upstairs bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. It was awesome having that 4th bathroom on the main level. The kitchen was well stocked along with the pantry full of spices. My daughter in law loved the large gas range and oven and with plenty of pans we cooked often and grilled. We were too busy to use the hot tub but it looked nice! I highly recommend this property !!!

We were a group of 6 ladies on a girls trip. This house is in a great location. It is walking distance to downtown Breckinridge, as the house is located on Main Street. Plenty of shops & restaurants to keep you busy. We hiked daily so many trails to choose from & rented bikes too. Everyone loved the house as it had Breckinridge charm. It has a fully stocked kitchen and we did cook a couple meals in. We also enjoyed the hotube daily. We would totally rent again.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had family from overseas stay with us here, and they loved every minute of it. Everything was close - walking distance from the house especially the Gondola - it was right across the street. We will definitely stay here again when we vacay in Breckenridge.

The listing does not do this property justice! This was our first time in Breckenridge for a late season ski vacation. The location simply cannot be beat. Right on Main Street with food directly across the street; the homemade donuts are a must with your coffee in the morning. Two minute walk, in full ski gear, to the gondola. 15 minutes later and you’re on a lift up Peak 8. Close to everything you want to do, and this is even before we talk about the house. Gorgeous, modern, clean, and spacious. We will absolutely return to this house on our next trip with more of the family. Simply cannot say enough good things. Truly appreciated the ease with which Brad ran things. Thanks for a memorable first trip to Breck!

Home is everything we needed and more for our spring break vacation. Location was close to gondola for skiing and downtown for shopping and dining. Very clean, well maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We highly recommend this home!

Located at the north end of Main Street, this was the perfect location for the complete Breckenridge experience.
Across the street was all the eating you needed for quick grabs. Dagnally across the street was an amazing ski rental location. Within walking distance, even for the extreme cold, was so so many restaurants, shops, and bars.
The house itself was everything you would ever ask for in a ski location and more. The amount of space provided was understated in the description. We had six adults staying with us, and we feel like there could have been six more. The kitchen was stacked with everything. You need to make a great meal. The living room was really really comfortable and had everything you need to chill after a long day on the slopes. We ended up using the hot tub multiple times because of the quality and the experience.
I think the entryway really embodies the quality of the house as there were storage and locking compartments for your skis and all equipment. There was even a boot warmer which we used every single day.
We plan on coming back to this location and even coming back in the summer because there's so much to do in the area and this is literally the perfect place to stay.

This is definitely a top vacation stay for our family ski trip. We have been taking our trips for over 25 years and have seen our family grow from 4 to currently 9. The layout of the house fit our families routine to a "T". Toy clutter could stay in the basement area while adults could visit around a great dining room table or in the living room seating area. 2 coffee pots made our mornings!! And the kitchen was very well stocked. Pantry space was amazing as well. Ski storage is outside which also helped reduce the inside clutter. Obviously the location cannot be beat. The updates to the house are very high end, bathrooms have good water pressure, beds are comfortable and plenty of pillow options. Plenty of bath and kitchen towels and the washer and dryer were large and efficient. Brad was a great host.

We loved the house, very well maintained, lovely furnishings, very comfortable for 6 adults. The kitchen was fabulous, fully stocked with everything we needed, I could move right in! All of the beds were comfortable, baths were well appointed and the best part was each bedroom had a private bath. The flowers in the yard added a brightness to the outdoors. Really enjoyed the hot tub. I can't say enough good things about this place. We walked to everything. The gondola is less than one block away.
Brad was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions.
Highly recommend this absolutely lovely home.

We all loved this house! It is Beautifully updated, very spacious with high end comfortable furnishings.
I can't think of a better location than this house, right on the best part of Main St, such a short walk to everything! I love the high ceilings and wood molding, big doors, multiple tv spaces. The kitchen is awesome w/updated appliances & everything you need to cook already there (lots of pans, spices, silverware, etc) large table! We can't wait to go back!!

Beautiful property. Great for families of all sizes. Located on Main Street but never heard traffic from bedrooms. Three levels. Large flower gardens. Garage but too small for Suburban type vehicles. OK for Ford Explorer. First class furniture and ambiance. Booked it again for September.

In the heart of downtown and minutes walk to the gondola!
Great house, 3 levels, basement room with bunks and den perfect for our teens. 2 great masters on top level. Owner is quick to respond to any questions. Very clean. Maybe a 3 minute walk to gondola, 5 if you are corralling kids. Kitchen had everything we needed, spices and oils to get started. Amazing stay!

Stayed for a long weekend over Valentine's Day. The pictures do not do the house justice! The home was immaculately clean, bedrooms are large and very comfortable, and the kitchen is a chef's dream. The location is superb, I dont think there is a home with a shorter walk to the gondola. Owner was friendly and responsive and was even able to make arrangements for us to have space for an extra vehicle. I cannot overstate how wonderful our stay was here, and I cannot recommend the home highly enough. If you are looking for a well appointed home at good value in Breck's Historic District, look no further. We will be planning future trips to Breck around the availability of this home.
