Cozy Clean and Quiet 2 Bed / 1 Bath Home. Steps from Lake and Park!

This property is nicely located near the lake. The home was clean, comfortable and accurately displayed in photos. Communication with property management was excellent.

The house is clean and quiet, and set back a little from the street which makes it feel more private. We were in town for a wedding and family reunion, and this was a great location for us - close to everything. Tucker our host was very responsive and flexible. Definitely recommend this property!

The interaction with Tucker was wonderful. We checked in like planned, and were able to meet our obligations within the community on time! The only negative, and I do mean the only, was the surfaces could have used a better cleaning. I will keep this property on my preferred list!

This was a nice little house! I really enjoyed that we were able to bring our animals with, without having to pay an arm and a leg, and a major plus a little fenced in yard to let them out! The shower was GREAT!! There was an ant problem and my youngest daughter just happens to be TERRIFIED of ants!! Overall we had a pretty great stay!!

Perfect! Quite neighborhood, clean. Everything we needed and a nice little fenced yard,the dogs were welcome and close to the park/lake. Made our trip so easy!

Neighborhood and community were great. House was clean and had everything we needed. Centrally located to tons of things and sites. Good restaurants and shopping. Owner was very nice and even accommodated our schedule. Highly recommend this place and house.

I couldn’t stay here because the owner texted me the same day that there was a sewage backup on n the house and I would be ready for our stay. Very dissatisfied. I had to stay in a hotel instead. 🥵

This was a perfect house to stay at and visit my daughter at CSU University I traveled with two small dogs and there was a nice fenced in backyard for them the house was very cute and in a great neighborhood it was absolutely perfect would stay here again in a heartbeat

Tucker has a very user friendly small home with a warm and inviting interior. With all the comforts needed to make your stay here feel like a home you have lived in for quite awhile.
We stayed here for 8 days while visiting our Daughter and her husband and awaiting the arrival of our 1st grandchild. Though we didn't stay in the home that long during the days, it was always a welcomed relief to walk back through the front door knowing everything in the home worked the way you expect and could just kick back and relax.

Wonderful place to stay, especially for a couple. Has everything you need and only about 50mins to Estes Park. The place was clean and has been renovated on the inside. Loveland has many places to shop and eat as well. Communication with the owner was great. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.

The house was just right for our family wedding week. It wasn't too big and it wasn't too small. Tucker was a great host, always quick to respond. The fenced back yard worked well for my two small dogs. The only bummer was the pullout couch mattress was not comfortable. It might work for small children, but not great for anyone over 100lbs. Everything else was great! Would highly recommend

Easy & nice
The house was clean and well equipped. 4 adults all slept well - appreciated the a/c as it was hot! Very nice nearby park that we enjoyed with our dog. Check-in and check-out was easy.

We travel to Loveland, CO every September and enjoy watching the sunset at Lake Loveland. This property was perfectly located for our needs.

Incredible Location
This little gem of a home is tucked back among an established and beautiful residential community. Sweet playground and park a block away, Lake Loveland a block away. We enjoyed a morning at the nearby sculpture park before our reservation to enter Rocky Mountain National Park.

The property manager Tucker was so easy to deal with. He responded quickly to all questions. Property was just as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. House was equipped with all supplies you could need. Great experience!

Cute and Clean. Perfect for a couple and 1 other. Quiet Neighborhood. MBR Bed Super Comfortable. Second Bed Very Decent. Hide-a-bed Not so good. So nice to Walk out the back door and walk around the Lake. We will stay again.

Just right!
This cute and cozy retreat was perfect! Nestled in a quaint and quiet neighborhood, just a 5 minute walk to Lake Loveland and a small park, and close to various eateries were all bonuses for our family. Our small dog appreciated the many neighborly streets to explore,too.

Great place
We really enjoyed this house for 4 days. We were able to just let our dog in and out in the fenced yard. We had everything we needed and were close to stores and restaurants. Highly recommended this property.

Long term stay
Was really glad to be able to have our 2 dogs with us. The bed was comfortable, good shower. The kitchen was supplied adequately. A few times it would have been nice to have more than a place setting for 4 (remember we were long term guests). The home was really close to many stores, etc. Great location. Was great to have 2 way communication when we extended our stay. Tucker quickly replaced a coffee maker when the original one burned out. I would recommend friends to this home.

Disappointing
Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. We know this is a pet friendly property, but when you get in bed after a long day of driving and realize it is full of someone else's dog's hair it ruins the experience. We were going to wash the sheets in the washer but it had a very foul odor when you opened the door. The owner did get back to us very quickly on any questions though. But only said "sorry about the sheets!"

Tucker was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The house had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and plenty of spare towels.

Excellent Place to Stay Short or Long Term!
Beautiful little house for a stay short or long. It had all the amenities we needed, It is good for a small family and it did have a pull out bed! Very close to everything you would need in Loveland and it was quiet! Nice little dog yard as a nice bonus. We highly recommend it and will be back when visiting Loveland!

The only issues I saw were a stand alone lamp would be good in the 2nd bedroom and there were cob webs in the blinds inside.

Enjoyed our stay
Remodeled house was very nice, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Close to lake & parks. Fenced in yard. Walk in shower was nice with a small sitting ledge. Comfortable bed and large walk-in closet. Large refrigerator with ice & water in the door. Small kitchen without a dishwasher but we ate out or brought carry out to the house. Large washer & dryer. Nice carport on side of house. Appreciated notebook with lists of restaurants, museums, and hiking trails including difficulty.

Lovely Loveland
Last minute booking for spring CSU graduation. Great little house completely redone inside. Had everything we needed (dog friendly, lots of hot water for showers, great walking neighborhood) plus a carport that was reassuring during threatening hail storm. Drive to CSU was about 25 minutes- not bad for one of the busiest weekends in that area. Will happily book again and hope to use the charcoal grill outback next time.
