The furniture in the room was damaged and the bath tub was very dirty

the beds need new mattresses and the carpets are worn out

Great location. Great ocean view.

General housekeeping and supplying ample towel sets for guests in bathrooms (none of the towels matched and was supplied one face cloth). Safety issues with the types of rugs used on floor (didn’t grip the floor and often moved around and bunched up around your feet) and no bath mats for a VERY slippery bath tub. We are older guests and safety is important.

That I had to take the wristbands back early in the morning off property.

We really enjoyed our balcony, the location, and the wifi never let us down. We had everything we needed in the condo to make our stay very comfortable. The parking garage was incredibly helpful. We will definitely stay again!

I'd rather not say. There wasn't anything noteworthy to not like about Ocean Villa. It is important to remember that what isn't your cup of tea might be perfect to someone else. Don't sweat the small stuff!
