This was the perfect spot for our group of 5 in PTown for Holly Folly. A close walk to everything we needed, with great space across 4 floors and parking for 2 cars! Ben responded to messages quickly and even let us check in a little early. We had some trouble with the automatic door lock, but no other issues with the property! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great place, well kept but not too pristine, so you can enjoy yourself without worrying about disturbing things. excellent linens in bedrooms, great grill and view on the balcony, can’t say enough nice things

1st, the location was great and the townhouse has the possibility of being great. It is not. almost everything needs to be cleaned. Moldy blender, cobwebs everywhere, rusted shower curtain rods, even the furniture ( leather chair in particular) was disgusting. The hanging lights were glass and covered in a layer of dusty grease with cobwebs. We spent the first 2 hours cleaning before we felt comfortable unpacking. We rewashed all dishes because every shelf has a layer of dust or crumbs on it. The ceiling fan is covered in dirt on both sides. The listing does not state that the one bedroom is in the basement and is also the laundry room There is no AC in the second bedroom. I could go on and on but no need but I am not a clean freak who wanted perfection. This was bad. To be fair, we did not notify the owner because at that point what could be done? We were not going to wait for someone to come clean and delay our vacation. I gave it 2 stars for location which is great. Maybe he has not been there in some time and does not know what it looks like. He needs to visit.

We had a great time, Ben, the owner was quick to reply to all my questions. The house was the perfect rental for a wedding my family and I came to the Cape for. The place was clean, stocked with the usual things that a hotel would have, and had parking for us.

This amazing townhouse offers 3 private bedrooms (all queen beds) and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms were spaced out for privacy, and the common area on the tops floors was open and spacious. There is a deck, dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee maker, all the essentials. Check in and check out was very easy. We had a wonderful time and the group agrees that we will try to book this same place for many years to come!! Thank you for an awesome trip!

Great location...able to walk just about everywhere! As this was a part of a bigger trip in New England, having a parking spot was fantastic! Plenty of room and nicely laid out. Benjamin was a great host and very responsive and helpful with PTown recs for us. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again!

The townhouse was perfect for us. We had a wonderful time in P-Town and everything was in walking distance. Would recommend this unit for all. Thank you...

Rental worked well, space accommodated our needs to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. Only issue was lack of WiFi. Problem may have been storm related, property manager responded, but could not resolve issue during our stay.

We loved this place!! This is our first choice for future rentals!! Ben is great host! Highly recommended!!

Let me start off by saying the owner is a very responsive and nice person and I appreciated that this was a pet friendly property. That being said the furniture had the resemblance that it had been reclaimed from being set out in the trash and the area rug is filthy. The room surfaces are clean but some things like the rug just need to be thrown out. Pans with Teflon flaked off . The gas bbq grill couldn’t be opened it was stuck shut. The beds especially the master had the worse mattress I have ever slept on. The bed springs are beyond worn and the bed just wiggles non stop and gives zero support. You can see the water from the small deck ,half of which is taken up by a glass table. , but it is not a direct view and you have to try and squeeze in a view between trees. A lot of these things could be overlooked at a bargain priced property but this is premium rent being charged and some money should be out back into the property . The split AC inverter system works well to cool the Unit once It gets going for a while. Cleaning staff should leave this on on hot days so no one has to check into a hot property and wait a long While For it to cool. We found the AC off and the unit very hot upon check in . Front storm door is broken and flops around and should be repaired.

Close to everything and made out stay easy

We loved the property the spacious bedrooms and living room and location to the center of town. But, the kitchen area and dishes and cookware all needed to be re-washed and wiped down because everything was dirty. We would stay there again. But our suggestion is to maybe find a new housekeeping staff or remind people to actually wash their stuff before they put it away.

The house is well spaced out and gave everyone plenty of room. The location is perfect with its proximity to commercial street.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay in Provincetown. The property was exactly as described and very close to the center of town without being directly in the action. The neighborhood was quiet, but everything was within walking distance. Would love to come back!

So close to commercial street. We were able to walk to just about everywhere. I love the dog friendliness of Provincetown! Dogs everywhere. Townhouse was very nice and suited all our needs.

Has an amazing time. Place is so close to the center to walk to and the views were beautiful. Place had everything we needed. Ben is awesome and quick to respond. Definitely would recommend.

The property is in a desirable location. Quiet yet convenient to all that Ptown has to offer. We were quite comfortable as there is plenty of living space for all.
