This property has a fantastic location that is close to everything with extra parking possibilities.

Everything was top notch

When I booked the place back in January, the website showed elevator which is the only reason I booked 3rd floor. My Mother is 85 is unable to do stairs. He grandsons had to carry her up 3 flights and she was basically stuck inside 5he whole week. Our family comes in from NE and AZ and books a place every year for the psst 16 years. With her age this might be her ladt year. We could over look the toaster, window stuck open from prior guest in bedroom. And sand in between bed sheets. However for the fact my mom not be able to enjoy her family was not acceptable. There should be away to make this right

The location was excellent Great layout Nice patio Great access to the beach supplies sufficient

Dirty windows hard to see out Shades were not dark enough The carpet needs replacing The burners on the grill were difficult to determine level of heat The vacuum was very dirty

Location is fabulous, views were stellar, loved having a garage, Great layout in the condo too. Wonderful master sweet! Didn’t need to drive anywhere so much to do in walking distance! Rented bikes a few days too!

A couple things could be improved , the kitchen could be better equipped, things dishes are all in random places, and too many of the same pans, more silverware and wine glasses, water glasses too. With Covid we cooked all our meals , people are not eating out as much. A big bummer for us was the fireplace not working, especially since it was December. Another thing the host couldn’t help, but there were several days the unit below us was having work done and they started banging in the morning......:(

No AIR Conditioning! I know Beach properties in Calif dont have AC, but the penthouse has skylights that do not open. And the unit BAKED all day and was intolerable for sleep at night. One fan was broken. All skylights were inoperable. No ventilation in master bath. The unit is getting tired and needs work. The property manager was helpful in getting fans, but he couldn't do much to change the weather. Too much money for the discomfort and hassle. Plus the nightly fee posted on Booking.com DOES NOT INCLUDE OUTRAGEOUS RESORT FEES. 3 DAY RENTAL WAS OVER $1600.
