Lovely hotel , friendly staff

Great location near the historic center. Beautiful facility and friendly helpful front desk staff. Special call out to Carmen and Maria.

Located in a pedestrian zone so arriving by car and unloading luggage was tricky. You have to park in a nearby municipal lot.

Excellent room in a lovely old building. Very friendly and helpful at reception. The street on which the hotel is located is pedestrianised so it is quiet at night. If coming by car, you enter the underground car park as you exit the roundabout at the beginning of the street.

Unlike many other hotels, hotel lived up to what was advertised online. This is important when a hotel advertises air conditioning and actually has it operational when you arrive

A lot of thinking was done by the owners to provide top notch amenities in the bathroom and superb decoration throughout

The location was perfect - close to every, the room was beautiful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower excellent, the breakfast plentiful and varied, and the attention to detail.

The hotel was an incredible surprise. A nice boutique hotel with great taste and very friendly. If you want ti visit the city, this hotel is perfect location to walk all around.

My stay at Palacete Colonial was excellent. They arranged an early check in. Hotel staff left a personalized welcome note in the room. Receptionists were lovely and super efficient. Room and bathroom were spacious and marvelously decorated - contemporary, good taste elements everywhere. Bed was giant e super comfortable. Wi fi worked perfectly. Located within a walking distance from train station, cathedral, shops and restaurants. They offer a good variety of local products at breakfast.

Everything was super pleasant, I do not have anything to complain.

All the ammenities including hair-conditioner---and for a Camino pilgrim, that's a big deal.

Great location. 8 min walk to train station. We had room 103 it was not noisy but it could be as it is too close to the elevator. If guests are noisy when returning from dinner you would hear them . We did not have that problem but be aware the first floor rooms are all right by the elevator so I would ask for 2nd floor if this concerns you. The room was very nice and comfortale. Quiet even though window was right on the walking street.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. the rooms were very well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable.
