House was just as advertised. Right on the water. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to I77. Fully stocked. Perfect for our family of 4 including two teens (16,14). Had one minor issue but more of an inconvenience. Property manager quick to respond. Would stay again if and when in the area.

Lake front was beautiful didn’t stay long enough to enjoy it fully.

Great Cousy Chalet outside in the lake Norman. The place is great the only inconveniente we had was that one of the bedrooms blankets were dirty. Other that that great place great amenities and wonderful to disconnect and relax

This home was probably one of the cleanest that we have stayed in. Our family doesn’t wear their shoes in the house and we could continue to do this without our feet and socks being filthy! The kitchen was fairly well stocked. It could use a larger microwave because we couldn’t even pop popcorn in it. The dock is very nice if you wish to bring a boat. The outside sand pit was enjoyed by the kids! Texting with the manager made it so easy. We would rent again!

Great cozy property that is updated and held us perfectly. Fit 4 adults and 2 kids very comfortably. Loved the deck and outdoor space as well!

This place was perfect in every way. Very clean with cleaning supplies available. Great location. It is in a small cove so you don’t have a large lake view but it’s a great view. It felt like home the minute we walked in. Just comfortable and cozy. Great location to visit the Whitewater Center and Carowinds. Downtown Charlotte is close too. Great recommendation to rent a boat through Ride LKN to learn how to wake board. Would definitely return.

This home was spotless, smothered in comfortable luxury, included all infotainment options, on the lake, and in the best community with easy access and close to conveniences. AWESOME!

This was the perfect property for our family get away. Absolutely no complaints. Home was spotless, well equipped, easy to find, and we loved every moment of being there.

This is a great little property and was a perfect getaway for my family of 4. This property is an open floor play with the main rooms in the center of the house and the bedrooms flanking each side. While it's small, it feels big. The property is exactly as promised and the pictures are accurate. Beds are on the firm side, but that's way better than too soft! This property is managed by a real estate company, so it's kept clean and they have a nice system for remote entry and a text concierge for anything you need. We would stay here again!

This home is the perfect getaway for a family vacation. The location is private but not too far from the interstate, restaurants and shops. The house is spacious and the kitchen has a great selection of cookware. The private dock and beautiful back yard allowed easy access to paddle board and kayak.

This was a great rental! Comfortable, well maintained, and a lovely spot in the lake. It was a absolutely delightful.

Our stay in February was marked by rain and cold weather, but the house was comfortable and lent itself to everyone's needs.

My Sister and I had to come to NC to house hunt and stayed here for 4 days! This place was PEFECT in everyway!!! We had a fire outside our last night with some wine of course and it was GREAT! This CUTE place was super clean, safe, relaxing and truly gave us a home feeling, which is what we needed. Will be back!!! Thank you!!!

Extremely clean and the kitchen was exceptional. Equipped with all you can imagine.

Wonderful home. We would definitely come back again. The house is very quiet since it sits at the end of a cove in a no wake zone. Lots of herons, ducks and geese to watch. Renovations are nice. Plenty of outdoor seating as well. The new dock is great and we were able to park a boat at the dock with no problem. We also liked being less. that 5 minutes to stores and restaurants The ice maker did not work and the house had an odor so we alerted management and they quickly responded. One suggestion is to add kayaks or stand up paddle boards to the home. The corn hole set was a nice addition. Highly recommend this home.

Everything new inside of this beautifully renovated cottage. Quiet cove and neighborhood. Great for families and kids. Our host was wonderful and we’re hooked on lake life after a wonderful trip to Lake Norman!

This beautiful property sits in a quiet neighborhood on a quaint lake cove. The home is tastefully decorated with modern amenities. Plenty of room for our family. The house was very clean. The home is close to shopping, restaurants and about a 15 min drive from Queens Landing area where we rented our boat and jet ski’s. Enjoyed the back yard for corn hole and throwing football. The fire pit area and small beach is a great shaded area during the day. We loved fishing, swimming and floating on rafts off the dock. FYI, there is no ladder to get in and out of the water when swimming. You must exit the lake at beach area. The house deck is more suited for early morning and the evening. The late July sun was brutal. There is an umbrella, but it doesn’t provide too much shade. The house has WiFi and you tube tv. We brought our Apple TV along as well. The property manager was very helpful and quickly responded to our questions. We had a wonderful time and were very happy and satisfied with the house. Will definitely stay again!

It was a cozy house great for our family vacation. Not really good if you want a dock to hang out on or a place for your boat. Was a little put off that they came by to drop off laundry supplies in the middle of our stay for the next guests (on Thursday and we were leaving Sunday) After reading the rental agreement it did say they have the right to stop by with proper notice. It’s a nice place but would not recommend if the lake is what you are looking for.

This is a cute home. There were a few shortcomings but nothing to stop me from staying again. There is no place for food storage. Also there is NO CABLE. So make sure you have your Netflix, Hulu, etc password available. Also, indoor fireplace can not be used by renters ☹️ We have six adults for a long weekend and had room to comfortably co-exist. Nice large dining table.

We had a wonderful time. The property is clean and comfortable. Check in is convenient and also located close to great stores if you forget anything. Would definitely book again.

This property was perfect for a short holiday stay. Perfect location and size. Very, very clean and nicely appointed. The kitchen was perfect to cook Christmas dinner for 8. Wide open layout was great to entertain and everyone be together. Will definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful cottage with a beautiful view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The driveway is a little challenging but once you get the hang of it, it's okay. The house was neat and clean and the neighborhood seemed friendly. It was close to everything!

Rent it a lot in the next four years as we attend Davidson for b-ball games
