My nephew got married at Matties which was right down the road from the vrbo. We could have walked but did not because my daughter had high heels on. Ha. There were 5 of us, me and my husband and 3 adult children. The kids all had their own room which was very nice. Much better than staying at a hotel. Its also about 15 minutes from downtown even during high traffic times. Several get togethers for the weekend were downtown and it worked out great where we were.

Would recommend to friends!

The house was amazing and perfectly set up. Didn’t realize 2 of the 3 bunk beds are queens so can probably fit more than 15 people if need be. House was fully stocked with towels, soap/ shampoo, and sunscreen. There were also big portable coolers we were able to use and fresh bags of ice in the fridges (there were 2!). Overall - we very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to other large groups.

Great place for our group of 11 guys. Pool was fantastic, plenty of beds, location was easy Uber wherever you wanted to go.

Overall great place to stay right off of Oltorf which is in the middle of everything really. However, we never left the place because the AC inactions were absolutely perfect. The pool was the right size, kitchen and living area were just what we needed to serve our guests of 6 people. We had beds left over to say the least it has an amazing game room and patio, and somehow the pool is the perfect size pool. They had kitchen utensils, a nice stove and fridge, everything was simple and clean. They even had games and an ice chest to use in the patio.

Thad and Charlie were amazing at making sure my bachelorette was perfect! This house and the entire experience was amazing!

We had an incredible stay! The house was perfect for a large group. Great location and a short drive to most anything in Austin. What topped it off was the wonderful concierge service with charley - so accommodating and helpful!

What a perfect weekend! Thad was the best host we’ve had so far, so accommodating! The house was better than even anticipated. Plenty of room for everyone, well appointed, well-equipped and the pool was heated to perfection!

This house and the host were both great! Plenty of beds for all of our guests and and very comfortable. Feels a bit smaller than the pictures, but we had a big group so that could have been why. They were accommodating to all of our requests. I highly recommend this place! All around great time!! We love Austin!!

Just what was needed for a stay in Austin

The house was in a good location and was just as described. That was excellent throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!!

We had the most amazing stay at this house for my bachelorette party. It was perfect; super clean, amazing layout, great location and able to accommodate 16 girls! We had such a blast and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a group trip. The pool and outdoor space left us not wanting to leave!
