Votre maison de vacances dormira confortablement 6 et avec un canapé-lit pour un total de 8. Toutes les chambres ont de nouveaux ventilateurs de plafond. Chambre principale avec lit queen, salle de bain complète privée avec siège de toilette bidet et télévision par câble. 2ème chambre a 2 lits simples et télévision par câble. La troisième chambre a un lit double, 1/2 salle de bain privée et télévision par câble. WIFI privé inclus. 3 balcons extérieurs. 2 balcons donnant sur la piscine et l'océan. 1 balcon donnant sur les barbecues extérieurs au charbon de bois. Excellent emplacement avec un accès facile et privé à la plage. Au moins 6 chaises de plage, certains jouets de plage et planches de bodyboard inclus. Douches extérieures communautaires et 4 piscines extérieures récemment rénovées. Promenez-vous sur la jetée et regardez les bateaux passer sur le quai de jour. Apportez vos vélos ou utilisez l'un des trois croiseurs de plage inclus pour visiter le parc public le mieux noté, le putt putt championshp, le parc aquatique pour enfants, le skate park de style Venice Beach, une grande variété de restaurants et un Food Lion. Tous à moins d'un mile de distance et accessibles par de grands trottoirs plats avec des passages pour piétons si nécessaire.

The condo layout is great with 2 ensuite bathrooms, and a 3rd bathroom that is essentially private for the 3rd bedroom. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly when I reached out to them - our stay corresponded to the arrival of a tropical storm :(
The beach locker was FULL of stuff so no need to bring it all yourself.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was so clean when we arrived. The owners have done lots of updates such as a private bath per bedroom, which was so nice to have. Maybe most importantly for us was that all of the beds were very comfy! Something you don't always get with a rental property. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything you can think of. Plenty of seating in the living room, plus a great dining room table, and 2 patios. The owner was in contact with me from the time we booked until we checked out, and was quick to respond to texts, which I appreciated. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we thought it would be, but still not too bad.

We had a wonderful time staying here. We have stayed at dunescape for many many years, and this newly renovated condo is beautiful and has everything you need to feel at home away from home. We love the end units with the extra windows on the side that add more light, and the bathrooms are modern (the best/prettiest we’ve ever had at dunescape). Plenty of appliances and plates/silverware, and the smart TV is always a hit for us to be able to watch our own movies at the end of the day. The owners are very responsive and actually reach out on their own to check in & make sure you are doing well and finding everything you need. Would 100% recommend and would come stay there again in a heartbeat. And don’t miss out on the AB ice cream shop each night! The perfect ending to a beach day!

The condo was VERY clean, it was much nicer than the photos appeared. The owners were clear and easy to reach. I would highly recommend this location for families who want a quiet beach week.

We had a great week at this property. It was clean and very well appointed. Everything you need is here. The check in process was simple and fast. Communicating with the owner was also very easy. He was responsive and friendly and we could tell that he genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. I would absolutely book this property again

We had a wonderful week at this Dunescape condo. We’ve been vacationing as a family here for over 50 years. My husbands family has a beach cottage and as our family has grown and grown we least need to rent more condos. This condo is one of the best!

Look No Further
My family spent a week at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was clean and tidy. You couldn’t hear any noise from neighbors beside or above us. The beach is flat and wide making it perfect to play. It is not crowded and pet friendly. We were literally steps away from the ocean and could sit poolside on our balcony. We loved having both options as sometimes it was a bit windy at the beach. The rental is well stocked with more than we anticipated. The locker downstairs contains all you need for a fun vacation including chairs, umbrellas and body boards. We loved having the use of the bikes to explore nearby shops. There is a small shopping center and Food Lion less than a mile away. There is also a town park which has a splash pad, putt putt, skateboarding and outdoor movies within 3/4 mile. You MUST eat at Amos Mosquitos and try the meatloaf. You won’t be disappointed. Also go explore Beaufort (It’s beautiful) and take the Water Bug Tour. Dallas was always available and answered any questions we had with a quick reply. We love Dunescape Villas and hope to return. Thanks for the memories!

Wonderful condo!
This end unit is convenient to both the pool and the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances. The decor reminds you that you are near the sea. The storage room had bikes and beach toys. The beds were comfortable. We had a great vacation is wonderful condo! We would like to come back again.

Atlantic Beach Adventures
My family of 7 stayed at the property for 1 week. The property is beautifully decorated, inviting, kitchen had everything we needed as well as the convenience of beach chairs, umbrella, boogies boards, bikes and more! We enjoyed tbe beach and pools, visited the aquarium, Fort Macon and even took a ride on a pirate ship! We biked to local food store and Dairy Queen regularly. Duncan was a great host, ready to answer any questions quickly. We look forward to an even longer stay next year!

Wonderful property
We really enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront condo. The condo was clean and had everything you could think of for your stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware too. We loved that we were able to use the locker downstairs too for your beach chairs, etc. We would definitely recommend this condo.

The property manager made it very simple and easy for us to access the property everything was there that we needed it was a great time!

Relaxing stay, beach access & great pool time
We stayed at Dallas's place which accommodated our group of 4 very easily. Kitchen was well stoked with necessities. Best part was the easy beach access which is less then a 100 ft. In my opinion that is the best part and it is probably the best beach in the area very flat and family friendly. Kids enjoyed a lot in the pool as well! We will come back again!

Had a wonderful week at Dunescape Villa 124. Dallas was very helpful before and during our trip, answering all my texts promptly. Location is perfect! Easy walking distance to grocery store, local pub. We were able to enjoy our morning walks on the sidewalks. Can't say enough about our stay!!
