Private 5 Star One Bedroom Bungalow near the Airport/Ocean and 15 min to Seattle
Venez vous détendre dans votre propre Bungalow privé situé à Three Tree Point Burien. Entrez par votre propre entrée privée et votre cour latérale. Un appartement d'une chambre niché sur le côté gauche de notre maison. TOUT neuf en août 2018. Il y a une durée maximum de séjour de 18 jours pour cet appareil, qui est un favori pour beaucoup et j'aime le garder disponible pour le plus grand nombre possible de venir en profiter. Il s'agit d'un appartement moderne non-fumeur situé à proximité du centre-ville de Seattle. L'aéroport est à seulement 5 minutes dans un beau quartier calme. Belle plage à seulement 3 miles avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil, une aire de jeux et des barbecues. La ville de Burien compte de nombreux restaurants et bars et vous donne vraiment l'impression de faire partie de la communauté.

This apartment was a perfect place and great price for our stay in Seattle. Jennifer was great to communicate with. The attention to detail with thoughtful amenties made our stay very comfortable. Comfy bedding, nice smelling soaps, magazine in the bathroom, plenty of coffee, dishes we needed to prepare our breakfast, clear and friendly instructions, plenty of outlets and charging ports for our devices, easy access to wifi and very cute every thing brand new and tasteful decorations. I loved the well lit private entry through the arbor and the little outdoor bistro set. And the very nice thoughtful extra a small bottle of wine to welcome us. The welcome email before we arrived with suggestions for restaurants and transportation was helpful and made us feel welcomed. We took the suggestion to take the light rail into our downtown event instead of fighting Seattle traffic and parking. It was so easy and user friendly. Thanks for the suggestion for waterfront sunset dining at Anthony's in Des Moines. On the day of our arrival, while waiting to check in, we unwound on the beach at beautiful Seahurst Park. We felt pampered here and will definitely stay here again should we need accommodations in Seattle again.

The hosts were always quick to reply and the pictures were accurate! We enjoyed their air b & b while down from Canada to watch a Blue Jays Baseball Game. It was a little ways out from T-Mobile park (Uber costs about 120 Canadian return), but it definitely did the job.
If you are sensitive to smells, be aware that they use strong scented cleaning products. I did make them aware that they are overpowering though, so hopefully they go to a more natural unscented line!
The main bed is very comfy, as is the bedding! The bathroom is large, which is a nice bonus too.
Over all, I would recommend this little spot if you have a short stay in Seattle!

We were traveling to Seattle to explore before a cruise. It was a great middle location between Rainier, Olympus and downtown. It was super cozy, the bed was super comfortable and there was shampoo and soap in the shower.

We had a very short but wonderful stay here. Quaint place with everything you need for a short stay. Near the airport but so quiet and peaceful. Jennifer has thought of everything. She is a great communicator and was so helpful before and during the stay. Would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was adorable and it had everything we needed. The decor was perfect and made us feel at home. Jennifer was amazing to work with. She always responded quickly to any questions we had. The location was beautiful, safe and relaxing. We will most definitely come back when we visit Seattle!

This little apartment won the prize for the cleanest, best-decorated, and most thoughtfully-appointed out of many we've enjoyed in recent travels. Comfy and pretty, it is also well-maintained with a number of charming, and also practical, touches. How lovely to be greeted with a bottle of Washington wine and a sweet note (and chocolates at the pillow). How smart to place, right at the entry, an emergency flashlight, a first aid kit, and decorative versions of the "house rules" and the wifi-info. In the kitchen and elsewhere, so many things you might need, from plastic wrap and foil to tape and spa-like robes. Communication with Jenn/Mike was friendly and helpful, from her initial welcoming message to her swift response to some queries. Due to a back problem, I had to make use of the sleeper couch one night (the bed is high) and it was perfect. We only stayed briefly but will be happy to come back.

Nice place, enjoyed our stay for the most part. Feedback: 1. very slippery wooden walkway outside the apartment, only partially covered by carpet. 2. Unit was freezing when we got there, took awhile to warm up. 3. Was charged $40 for leaving within 20 min. of checkout....time I spent cleaning the dang place when I should've just left it for the cleaners I'd already paid for in addition to the advertised price. 4. Maybe don't schedule your cleaners to show up at the exact time of check out...let's be human and not rigid or punitive, perhaps?

Worked perfectly for us for visiting in Tukwila and Seattle. Good communication from the owner. We usually cook breakfast and the kitchen was easily workable. Nice bathroom and shower. We didn’t experience any noise.

This place was amazing! Super clean and well stocked. It was really nice having a driveway parking spot and a full kitchen. The snacks and bottle of wine were great and everything I wanted to do was within easy driving distance. I would definitely stay here again on future Seattle trips :)

Located in a beautiful neighborhood, there is easy access to shops and restaurants, downtown Seattle and surrounding areas. Beautiful property and location--but pay attention...
We enjoyed so much about our stay, but the upkeep is a little careless.
Example: upon moving in, we found the refrigerator, microwave and toaster weren't working. We contacted the owner. She seemed baffled by it, but sent someone over to fix it.
He found that all of those appliances on the same extension cord! He moved the refrigerator directly into the outlet, and kept the microwave and toaster on the extension cord.
From then on, the refrigerator kept its power, but we couldn't use both the toaster and microwave at the same time.
That wasn't a huge inconvenience--but we were concerned that better attention hadn't been addressed to this obvious safety concern.

perfect spot for visiting Seattle!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jenn’s bungalow while visiting the Seattle area. We explored downtown (within an easy drive) and also hiked the beautiful Snoqualmie Falls area. The 3 of us were very comfortable and had everything we needed! Thanks for an awesome stay and we hope to return to this lovely area soon!

This rental was super cute. I loved the privacy of this place with the separate entrance to the rental and that we did not have to interact with the owner at all. The bed was comfortable and the pullout in the living room was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was also fully equipped with all the basics. The area felt so safe and quiet. Perfect place to rest your head after exploring all that Seattle has to offer. I would definitely recommend this place to a couple or group of 3.

Peaceful and pleasant oasis, with lots of charm
This cheery apartment had everything I needed to stay for a few weeks, including a comfortable bed. The owner has tastefully outfitted the space with quality furnishings and provided some nice extras, like a bottle of wine upon arrival. It's located in a safe and beautiful neighborhood, a very short walk to jaw-dropping views of Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier.

Christmas Trip
I live in South Florida, visiting my daughter and her husband who live in Burien for Christmas 2019. The unit is exactly as depicted and was perfect for my visit. Very clean and nicely set up, Jenn our contact was of great help and even had Christmas decorations and a small tree in the unit for our celebration on Christmas day. My first experience with VRBO was extremely positive!
