Travels with Alice. She is an American icon, an Airstream Sport 22', a silver two wheeled escape pod to enjoy the outdoors. She has a GVW of 4500 and requires a vehicle that has a 5000 lbs towing capacity and totally equipped with a tow package, standard seven prong round electrical harness and electronic break controller (or rent our wireless system). Hitch height(top of the inside of the square hole of the receiver) no more than 20" above the ground. We require minim of 2 years owned and trailer handling experience. Alice is in great condition inside and out. Sleeps 2 adult in a front queen size bed and 1 adult or 2 kids in the convertible front dinette. We want you to enjoy Alice as much as we do and require that you treat her well and keep her clean so that we and others can enjoy her after your rental. No smoking, No climbing or placing anything on roof, no Burning Man, no Mexico or Alaska. NO pets without prior approval, no candles/open flames. Dump black/grey water before return(otherwise $75 dump fee). Refill propane before returning for long rentals. ( otherwise $10 + cost fee) We offer a delivery option as well. Have guest or family coming into town and need a little bit more room? Or will deliver and set up at local State Park ( $2 per mile plus $50 set up fee) The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to create a perfect meal. Plates, silverware, cups, wine glasses, coffee mugs, cooking pans, cooking ware, chef knifes, can opener, salad bowls, Housekeeping items (1 roll paper towels, toilet paper,dish towels, sponge, dish soap, collapsible broom and dust pan). Linens ( fitted and flat sheets). We follow RVshare recommendations and require a $1500 security deposit. Follow Renters Manual provided on pick-up / walk-thru). Pickup time 4pm-7pm first day of rental. Drop off 7am-11am. Late fee: You can extend your rental (depending on availability) but there will be a penalty if you encroach on someone else's rental. We will spend the time need to walking you through the features of the trailer and answer any questions you may have. We will be available to answer questions during your stay and work with you to meet the schedule you have for your trip. It's not just the camper that makes the trip.
