We loved to game room and pool table, gym was great and pool. Our room was nice also. Customer service was great.

The only issue was the on-site restaurant that we were hoping to use wasn't operational due to lack of staff. Which we were looking forward to.

The staffs desire to subject every customer to political propaganda. The lobby/bar area has a very large TV playing political propaganda day and night. You’re in Iowa, you have to know that you’re offending more than half your customers by playing this garbage. I suggest choosing something more neutral.

Breakfast was a bit expensive for what we ordered. Orange juice, 3 pancakes, eggs , bacon. My daughter got 3 pieces of bacon with her order. I only got one piece of bacon with my order of bacon and eggs.

Clean and fresh, allison at the front desk was awesome in every way! Suite was clean and real nice beds!

Prices of rooms. $225 per night is expensive.

funky smell in elevator and hallway. either doors or walls were paper thin. Bartender was fantastic, but overworked. hotel in general was understaffed. room was nice and comfortable.

i didn’t like that ou bathroom looked clearly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the panel below the sink had been broken and it was just placed under it. also one of the lamps was broken. I get they were busy, but I would like a clean bathroom at the very least. Also, we had a pullout sofa, but weren’t provided extra bedding and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to get some. we made it work, but that was annoying.

The common areas needed attention. Empty pizza boxes at the elevator area stacked on foyer table, the room smelled of smoke. Big change from past visits
