My only complaint was the checkout process. 7:30 am Sunday, May 1. I asked for a printed receipt. The gal stated that she could not give me a printed receipt because I had booked online and that I would receive an emailed receipt. As I write this on May 6th, I have not yet received the promised emailed receipt. It did not feel right at the time and it still does not feel right. I don't think she knew how to give me a printed receipt and used the email response as an excuse. I stay exclusively at Holiday Inn Express with my travels and I have never had this experience.

Very nice and accommodating front desk staff. The breakfast was a nice amenity. It was nice to have the option to use the pool and the fitness center.

I had to switch rooms twice. The refrigerator in one room was linking. The refrigerator in the second room was so icy it wasn't cold. One room was cleaned at all. The furniture was stained. The heat vent in my room blew cold air. A light bulb needed to be replaced. The toilet had to be flushed multiple times just to dispose of the content. The rooms can use some serious maintenance.

There is probably a shortage of staff at this time. There was never anyone at the front desk. You had to pick up a [phone to get service. Since we stayed for six nights it would have been nice to have maid service at least once during our stay.

They had a pretty decent breakfast

I had 3 rooms booked because we were in town for the water park. All 3 rooms were dirty. Dirty foot prints, hair in bathrooms, handprints on windows and mirrors etc. We were changed to 3 different rooms but the woman working front desk acted very annoyed by this. The next set of rooms was more clean but still had hair in shower and around toilet. I felt I couldn’t complain based off her first reaction so I got some Lysol wipes and cleaned the bathrooms myself. I did take pictures of all of this. Also heard the front desk worked yelling in the hallway because she was upset about a door handle.

the breakfast was really poor only 1 or 2 days they put sausages or scrambled eggs, the internet connections was really low, and in 4 days nobody clean my room for not enough housekeeping at the hotel, really bad

It was easy to find and the surroundings were clean.
