Apartment a little tired. No welcome pack.

It was well equipped and tastefully furnished and in a prime location to walk into Charlestown. Also close to the Eden project.

The dining chairs were a little uncomfortable and the pipes screamed when flushing the toilet had to remember to turn on the tap first.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, and in a good position for walking to the harbour and visiting all the local attractions. Had everything you need while you are away. Would recommend and would stay here again.

The single bed could have been a little more comfortable but was okay, also the pillow smelt a little unpleasant so had to spray with some perfume. Took a while to find where to empty the bin at the end of the holiday..Would have been nice to have a few leaflets of where to go, eateries, food shops, etc, although appreciate everyone uses their phones these days.

only negatives that didn’t distract from the enjoyment of the stay was the noisy toilet in the main bathroom when flushing. The shower could have a shelf but still really enjoyable

Excellent apartment, plenty of space, very clean and in a great location.

We were sent an incorrect pin code to get the key on arrival so had to call to get the correct code.

Clean, spacious and well presented.

Overall, our stay here was lovely, but there were just a few niggling issues. For example, items of crockery had been put away dirty (we later found that the dishwasher inlet was partially blocked by some bits of plastic, which presumably was the cause). My biggest moan is that one of the single beds was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever come across!! I was also frustrated that the property didn’t respond to my message prior to our stay, but it all worked out ok in the end.
