"Island Time V" sera une toute nouvelle maison de plage offrant une vue directe sur le golfe, avec 5 chambres, une piscine privée chauffée et une salle de jeux au deuxième étage avec un balcon donnant sur le golfe.
Island Time III dispose de 2 suites Master (l'une au niveau principal et la seconde à l'étage) et offre l'une des meilleures vues de tous les foyers de l'île.
Cette maison de plage de 5 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain sur deux étages sera achevée en mai 2019. Il dispose d'un bassin de trempage unique avec vue sur le golfe; avec des bancs sur les côtés, vous pouvez donc vous asseoir dans la piscine et profiter de la superbe vue sur le golfe du Mexique!
Il y a une salle de jeux confortable au deuxième étage avec fléchettes électroniques, baby-foot, jeux de société et une porte pour accéder à un balcon avec vue sur le golfe de 160 pieds carrés. Machine �� glaçons supplémentaire située dans le garde-manger.
Cette maison a un excellent emplacement sur la plage du golfe du Mexique! Il y a une maison en avant à gauche et à droite, mais la maison est orientée de manière à offrir une excellente vue sur le golfe pour cette maison.
La piscine est chauffée d'octobre à avril, sans frais supplémentaires.

Our overall impression was great. We enjoyed being close to the beach and having a swimming pool. The swimming pool worked well for our young grandkids.

This house was great for our large family's (14 people) Spring Break. Loved being able to walk out to the beach. Nice having private heated pool. The air conditioner did not work when we arrived but they sent someone over first thing the next morning and fixed it. Great communication! The cleaning crew could do a better job, just simple little things that should be obvious(we just cleaned house ourselves!). A few beds need replaced but the others are very comfortable! The internet is not the greatest so tv doesn't always work. Very well stocked kitchen. Overall a fantastic house for a beach getaway!

Great vacation! Check-in and check-out was easy. Problems with the air-conditioning, but rapidly addressed by management. Significant mold in upstairs bathroom was a problem for some in our group. But, overall, the vacation was a great success and enjoyed by all. (Long way to a grocery store, but uncrowded beaches and fine sand were what we wanted. Swimming pool was great too!)

Deck area and pool not clean.
When we arrived pool water was green with algae. Able to clear up but no pool service or maintenance personnel ever came by to clean.
Outside deck area had not been cleaned or straighten up.

SONNY DAZE - 6/2022 - NEW FAVORITE!!
Just left Dauphin Island this morning. From the start; finding, booking, checkin and checkout a breeze.
There was plenty of space that the 10 of there did not feel on top of each other. Cooking in the kitchen, spacious and well equipped. Sugguestion: some slide curtains on wall by dinning room table. Though view is wonderful, sun very bright when eating at table. After morning sun, no problem.
Our family enjoyed going to the beach. Plenty of room to spread out and didn't feel like we had to be down early in morning to save a spot by water.
We took the Ferry over to Gulf Shores for a short day trip. Pleasant ride. Once over there ready to come back to the peace and quiet of Sonny Daze!
We will definitely return. Our family is growing and can see us making future vacation memories here!!

The experience was easy and the management was great in responding to our questions in a timely manner. They kept us informed daily prior to our arrival regarding the weather and the forecast of a storm that bypassed us luckily!

Loved the heated pool!! Location was fantastic. Decorated very nice. The layout of the house was great Way more good than bad.
Here are a few things that could rate our stay a 5....
internet didn’t work for the last two days AT ALL!!!
there was dog hair on pillows
Corners chewed on Couch pillows
Washing machine was nasty with grime
Baseboards are covered in dust/ dog hair
Sticky kitchen sill
Faucets are loose in bathrooms
Light fixture in kitchen was filthy!
Oven door doesn’t close all the way
4 Light bulbs needed to be installed
No direct tv box in bunk area.
Motion sensor lights/cameras need to be installed in car parking area.
Our car had an attempted break in on Wed night. The police were dispatched.
Pool person came by without notice and was in our pool area unannounced and without permission. Not cool at all. Why were they there??
They didn’t do anything but take a pool water sample.
No cleaning etc.
Please let me know your feedback on this issues.

We were supposed to come March 2020 but we all know how that went. Since this property was already taken for our rescheduled dates DIBR put us in a sister property. The pool & beach made the trip!!

Great property...views from all three decks are great! The pool is a game-changer, especially when weather is a bit too cool for the beach. The house has everything you need...plus. Great time at a great rental property...thank you DIBR for being great hosts!

We were looking for a private place on the beach with a pool for our family, during the Covid-19 pandemic. This house perfectly met all of our needs. It is a beautiful home in a great location. We came and stayed at the house the entire time- no leaving to go out to eat or anywhere else. We really enjoyed our time. The only negatives were that there were no dish towels to wash and dry dishes and several of the dishes were not clean. We guess this is due to the efficiency of the dishwasher. Otherwise, we had an exceptional stay.

Perfect Private Stay during Covid-19
We were looking for a private place on the beach with a pool for our family, during the Covid-19 pandemic. This house perfectly met all of our needs. It is a beautiful home in a great location. Slight, slight issues but guess what? Adam was on top, had it attended & completed with care! I recommend this place to everyone, just not on the dates we are booked.... lol. It’s so comforting knowing what we saw online was exactly what we got in person. The home was gorgeous and the amenities great. Yes we will be back!!

It was perfect
We had a wonderful time. Kitchen was equipped with the basic necessities. The grill worked great and they had a tank of gas for us to use. We had plenty towels, they also had a few pool towels. The pool was nice and warm. The place is beautiful. It could have been cleaner but not terrible just under the couch needs vacuuming and it was a little Sandy in some places but you can’t help much of that since it is the beach... we had a great time and it was so easy to reach management if needed they were just a call away. We will definitely have to come back to stay.

Great vacation!
This was our first time vacationing on Dauphin Island & staying at Island Time V. We absolutely LOVED it! Perfect week to spend time with our grandkids & family. Having a pool & being so close to the beach, made our grandkids very happy. Coming back next Summer.

The Perfect Vacation Place
Our family had a great week at this beach house! We loved being so close to the beach. We really enjoyed coming back to the house after being on the beach and getting in the pool, especially the kids. I loved having a master bedroom and bath downstairs and upstairs. The house is just a perfect place to relax and enjoy being at the beach. The people at the rental agency were great too, even when my husband got his truck stuck in the sand! Someone came right over and pulled him out! We spend our vacation every summer at the beach but this was our first time at Dauphin Island. This was by far our favorite place! It was GREAT!
